A pleasant stay in Pleasanton.

Room was large and comfortable. It was pouring rain and we were early, but they let us check in with no additional fee, which was appreciated. We were attending a party 10 miles away, and were able to take side streets instead of having to hop on the freeway.

The view was of the rooftop with the mountains in the background. A better view would have been nice but we didn't ask for one specifically, so not the hotel's fault.

I found my stay to be comfortable and at a very convenient location with very kind staff.

Breakfast was tasty and filling with several healthful options.

I had carne asada nachos at the restaurant for dinner and they were messy and too fried. I would not order that again. Also, the lights in the bathroom were too dim for me.

Had an excellent stay with delicious dinner and drinks.

The bar and pool area was wonderful. Had the New York strip steak from the restaurant and it was delicious.

Less kids at the hot tub. There was a party or something going on that was annoying.

The hotel sits in a great location with a plethora of shopping and restuarants around. A must stay!

We liked the amenities the hotel had to offer and enjoyed a quiet time in our room.

I wouldn’t come again, but it was wonderful! thank you.

I enjoyed the pool area and the staff and employees were all friendly and accommodating. I felt like royalty! The hot oatmeal chocolate chip cookie made my night!

The food was not good at all. I was disappointed In the quality of food and beverages. I wish there was music at the pool area and restaurant/ bar. It would really bring the place to life.

Disappointing

The reason I picked this hotel is that the Hotel amenities stated that it was a gym on-site, well this was not true this hotel partners with a gym in the same parking lot as the hotel. I had my 6 and 8year old grandchildren with me when I checked into the hotel the front desk staff told me the gym had a child care to care for my grandchildren while I work out. The next morning when I walked 2 minutes to the gym with my 2 grandchildren we arrived at the gym to be told I had to pay 25.00 per child that's 50.00 and I was confused as to why this was not stated on the hotel's website nor when I checked in. When I spoke to the hotel's manager she said she was going to adjust my room rate. Which when I checked out Sunday morning my room was not adjusted because I went through a 3rd party. And when I asked to speak to a manager the front staff said that all the managers were off and that a manager will contact me on Monday by phone or email. This was very upsetting because I work out 6 days a week and this was not ok. I want to see if Booking.com can work with Doubletree to adjust my rate and give me a partial refund.

That it misinterpreted that it was a gym on site.

awesome besides loud hvac at night

perfect location near my meeting. everything was lovely except the hvac noise at night.

at night, the hvac was super loud. I am not really fussy so for me to say something about it, means it’s an actual issue. kept me up and the second i turned on the lights and got out of bed (4:30am), it stopped 😹

Relaxing and entertaining.

Location was great, breakfast was great as well :-) lounge area was very nice and entertaining, always look forward to the steak dinner, food was great as always. decent price and very well pleased with the service all the way around.

Quite honestly just keep on doing the things the way you're doing them. There was nothing disappointed that we encountered from room service, food service etc

I didn’t like the bed. felt like my bed was sunk in so I turned around my feet to the head board.

Broken entry door, staff had to make repairs. Broken shower, staff had to make repairs. I was compensated with a $30.00 dollar credit that the hotel bar would not accept. Making me feel like an idiot. All around a bad experience.

The best work trip ever!

I loved everything from the time I checked in until I checked out. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. They were also very efficient and assisted you quickly. The room was completely clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the pool and the fire pit as well as the hot tub. I would stay here again without question.

I enjoyed my stay there! Room was quiet, comfortable and clean!

Staff at hotel weas great and super helpful! People working there were welcoming, friendly and smiling. We were travelling with a baby and were offered a crib to put in our room! That was so helpful! I liked how clean was the room and bathroom, Very happy for that! Great toiletries! The view on mountains was beautiful. We had an air conditioner! It was important on such hot day!

I thought that furniture was outdated. The chair in room looked very used and should be changed. Coffee machine should be more modern. Room felt a little bit stuck in the 80s Shower faucet was very very loud! I hope it can be fixed,
