Very good

The included breakfast had hot food such as eggs, bacon, and pancakes. We liked that the kitchen had a large dining table, full sized refrigerator, microwave, and a stove range. The kitchen cabinets had dishes/cups, some pots and pans, and a toaster.

Maybe have more towels (there were 4 of us but only 3 sets of towels). Although, when we asked for more towels, the staff gladly gave us some more.

It was fine for the price

the staff was pleasant and helpful

the property is pretty dated, and room furnishings not very comfortable. The parking lot not laid out very well and had to fight for parking with chick-fil-a customers.

Will not go back

No hot water first day. had to take a cold shower. My son opened up the sofa bed and the mattress had a large red stain and very dirty. He had to sleep on the sofa. Housekeeping did not do a good job cleaning the room. Went to throw away something in bathroom and trashcan was full from previous guests.

An unsatisfying experience, which will ensure that my family never stays at the property again.

The property was close to the freeway and some options for food nearby.

Staff could have been more friendly and more welcoming, as well as more accommodating of simple requests (like an extra blanket) without seeming like we were asking for an act of congress. The room should have been stocked with necessary supplies, like towels and washcloths, and the lamp/bulb assembly should not have been broken. The refrigerator sounded like a generator, making it hard to sleep for those on the sofa bed.

great value and phenomenal staff

Always a good bang for my buck. Great price for solid room in a good location next to a few places to eat. Staff is one of the highlights, everyone has always been friendly and helpful. I really appreciate Kevin at the front desk this weekend. I man sitting outside his car in the parking lot was blasting Spanish music at 3am and woke me up. I called the desk and Kevin went to ask them to turn it down which they did and I was able to get some back to sleep. thanks so much Kevin for taking guests sleep seriously

Room was clean and ready on time. Staff was friendly

Coffee pots broken, hot water dispenser broken, included breakfast was not available, very loud guests until 4am, lobby and elevator smelled like Marijuana

Can't say that I did

The bed spring mattress had its better nights, the refrigerator motor was really noisy, bathroom door was dragging on the floor, coffee, and breakfast was pathetic.

Exceptional

I like the quietness was pretty clean I stayed there from Thanksgiving day 2 night but since I was so comfortable i paid 1 more day on saturday and checked out on sun but still stayed there in my boyfriends room intil this Monday since he's staying there working for ICON construction..very Happy stay at pleasanton landing..Thanks

Just that no one came to do room service..but it's ok I took extra trash bags and I did borrow a vacuum from the cleaning lady she was nice..but y really enjoyed staying there

Passable

The hotel had great breakfast choices and the lady was pleasant.

Room was stuffy and had a strong odor. The bathroom faucet leaked.

it looks nice in the pictures but won’t stay there again.

the location was good

the front desk was in a bad mood at check in and check out. the carpets are dirty through out the property. the overwhelming smell of curry in the hotel and room was very intrusive. the staff and cleaning crew was rude.

it was close to Bart

when we arrived there was a man sitting right in front of the door asking for weed and harassing us. the room was not clean whatsoever but we didn’t feel like waiting 30-1 hr for them to clean it. not to mention they had construction that they said started at 9 am, nope we were woken at 6 am to loud banging and drilling. at least compensate people for this.
