Nicely appointed rooms, and the staff let me keep my motorcycle in the carport because rain was predicted.

Housekeeping and maintenance issues..The lotion bottle was open, two light switches didn't work, there was an extra pillowcase between the beds (coming off or going on?), and there was even a message to housekeeping left by the person before me. That was a first.

A comfortable affordable stay. 😊

I was really happy with the front desk guy when my card didn’t work whether it was user error or otherwise he was very up beat and happy to help. The room was cozy so overall it was a nice stay.

There was a few issues with the room, personally I don’t care but the carpet was ripped off a portion of the wall and had staples sticking out. Looked like their was some sort of juice that was on the headboard that wasn’t cleaned off but otherwise everything seemed pretty clean.

Disappointing

Proximity to our destination was great.

Breakfast room was filthy. We cleaned off our own table. All tables were nasty. Food choices were depleted at 8 AM.

Stayed here a few weeks ago. Booked again because of the friendliness, cleanliness, smart tv, location, and breakfast.

the location, smart tv, breakfast, comfortable bed and pillows. God hot water pressure on shower.

Toilet seat was broken. kept sliding

Disappointing

The location is why I choose this hotel when my family is in town. It is close to the mall and other places we frequently visit.

The internet was out during our entire stay. The pool room and the pool itself was freezing every day. The lights in the pool room also did not work. Some of the staff were rude and nosey.

$100 a night, left new towels was only maid service. Refrigerator was warm with a cup of ice cream or something left inside with mold and strong odor, metal on top of headboard just hanging off. Ice machine out of order with sign says see front desk for ice and of course she knew nothing about it and had no ice. Sketchy group hanging in parking lot late at night smoking weed and looking at cars

Light covering bathroom missing, sink stopper missing. Bathtub really slick so I had to rinse it real good before stepping in. No pool!!!!!

It was somewhat ok for the price

It was very convenient for getting our Christmas shopping done, centrally located for dining and shopping.

We had trouble with TV, had to enter channels manually and remote not working accordingly. Had to download all channels every time if you made an error on remote. Mentioned to front desk about it and he says it was the cable providers connectivity. No DO NOT DISTURB placard to put on the exterior doorknob. Housekeeping knocked and opened our door while still sleeping before checkout time!

Disappointing

The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. The bed was comfortable.

The carpet was the dirtiest carpet I've ever had at a hotel. There were toe nail clippings on the floor by the bed and one pillowcase had a blood stain on it. You could tell it had been laundered but didn't come out. Yuck!

heater/ax made sounds like an ice maker all night, toilet ran , dirty towels still hanging in closet, they ran my card on first night without telling me and I keep my card locked, they had to give me new cards because they deactivated mine, I was supposed to have 1 king size bed and ended up have two full size… definitely not the stay in the room I expected when I made reservations

i got the best sleep I have had in awhile and got to relax and forget about the stress of life for awhile

I like everything about this hotel it’s so calm and relaxing I really needed that to get rid of some stress for a bit

The manager is very very personable and obviously cares about having a nice hotel for guests. We enjoyed our stay and definitely will stay again. Kudos 😊😁
