Mediocre at best

Easy location and parking. They are remodeling, but there was no attempt to clean the hallway floors; trash and soiled carpet in the 1st floor hallway to our room.

Very tired and not worthy of the Hilton logo in my opinion. Restaurant was closed and breakfast consisted of bad coffee and packaged pastry. We were rudely awakened a little after 5am by a loud bedside alarm clock. There is no excuse for that oversight.

Disappointed

I should not have used Booking.com because plans change when on the road an I had to cancel last minute and Hilton wouldn't do that to a rewards member.

Not getting my room cancellation money back.

Won’t book at Hilton garden inn again

Easily accessible

Bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable , no shampoo and when searching the booking it said breakfast included but breakfast was an additional charge and I charged $40 more than what booking.com showed

We enjoyed are stay at the Hilton. The room was very nice and clean.

We liked that there was some food and drink items available to purchase at the front counter area. The rooms were very clean, and the beds were comfortable.

That the bar closes at ten. would be nice to have been able to go there for a drink after the concert we went too. The only noise we heard was from one of the bathroom fans in one of the other rooms was pretty noisy.

Nice room in Casper.

Nice fitness room. Room quiet, well-appointed. Extra water bottles nice.

Breakfast expensive, not worth it. Booking.com said breakfast "was included," yeah, IF you pay an extra $12.95 when you get there. Dry eggs, etc, and since the single server came by to top off your coffee, you then feel obliged to leave a tip. I'd skip breakfast and get it in town instead.

Fantastic stay

Fantastic place! Beds were comfortable. Gym was amazing. Didn't use pool or hot tub but looked really nice. Bought the breakfast but left before it was available. Didnt realize it didn't start til 7am on weekends. My only complaint.

Good location

It was a good location, near the airport.

There were no trash can liners. Might sound petty, but I had a covid rapid test to dispose of.... The shower curtain was in such a way that I didn't know if the tub had been cleaned or not. It was a good stay; I just expected more.

very nice and big enough room, very clean. Nice amenities throughout the hotel (pool, exercise room). Enough and easy parking for many guests.

Average breakfast compared to the name and look of the hotel. Disappointing bar in late afternoon.

Clean, comfortable and accommodating!!

Friendly staff,good food,(especially liked the fresh fruit) and comfortable bed. Close to shopping and entertainment.,

Very disappointing for the price.

Location was easy to get to. Staff were friendly. Entry was nice and bright.

TV was way too small to see unless you were right in front of it. I have a computer monitor larger than the TV was. Not enough outlets to plug in things we needed to plug in. Not enough seating in room. Beds felt smaller than a queen.

It was a great place to stop when going through town.

The staff were all so nice and friendly. They welcomed us and asked how our stay was. They also warned us about how cold the pool was because they had just added water to it. My kids were freezing but swam anyways!

The Bar was way over priced, the bartender was terrible, I thought I was in an Airport, never have I paid that much for a cocktail, won’t ever stay there again. 10 dollar snickers bar, 10 dollars for a bag of chips insane, we didn’t buy them.
