Eh.

The location

First off when we got there, we did not receive a warm welcome from the staff. She was very rude. I asked if I could check in early if available and she said I would have to come back and then pay $10. I haven't ever heard of that with any hotel.

Freiendly front persons and Clean except bath tub bottom!

Have stayed here before when it was owned by Hilton ! Very good location and price was right for me!

Bath tub bottom was soils and wasn’t clean So I didn’t take a bath but sheer only! Gf

Staff was friendly upon arrival and enjoyed ot being close to the event center for the Dark Horizons tour.

The room was small and the same goes for the bathroom, beds were a little hard and uncomfortable to find that right spot and the breakfast bar wasnt the best as the food was bland.

Disappointing

nice location, great pool for kids. our room had a water leak through the ceiling that was pouring onto the floor and they didn’t come fix they told us they may be able to find us another room. it was 8 pm and we were already settled so we just stuck with it.

The food, pool and staff was good.

Our room was not cleaned. Found vapor and dirty cups in the night stand drawer. Also found half eaten cookie in coffee cup in our room.

I will not be staying at this hotel for any future events.

The layout. The conference rooms were spacious and the Wyoming Theater room was perfect for educational sessions.

The room. Bathroom was dirty with "hair" around the toilet. The patchwork on the walls (especially in the bathroom) gave it a feel of a roach infested Motel 6. However, no roaches were found. Stains on the bed. Very disgusting room.

The pool right outside our door. Restaurant in the building. Food was good. Beds were comfortable.

The pillows were flat. Our waitress at the Remington restaurant was rude and inattentive. Had to have her redo our bill for dinner. Kept trying to charge us for items we didn't order and when brought up she became rude and short with us.

Most of the staff was nice.

The pool was closed.The breakfast was cold. The heat in the room wouldn't turn off and the beds were very hard and uncomfortable.

was there for state volleyball tournament location was ideal

great location. Great pool especially for kids.

Had to ask for pool towels and then wait over 20 minutes mins. Didn’t check our room to see if we needed more coffee or anything for the second night we were there.

Overall the staff was great and the price was right.

The value.

Pool is shallow. Breakfast was ok and barely warm. One poor lady in the restaurant working her take off and it was busy so it took a long time to get dinner. Beds were not that comfortable and the air conditioning did not work.
