A family Born with Hospitality in their D.N.A.

I went from 'Like' to 'Love' the Moment I walked up to check-in. Everything about this business says Thank you for being our guest, To welcome and enjoy your stay. And PLEASE COME BACK ! I stayed the past two months in a hotel not far from this location. The desk clerk's are nice at that hotel. But, The difference between the Super 8-Wydham 11027 N-Interstate location in San Antonio, Tx.,78233 and my old hotel is Night and day. Sam, The Manager while checking in saw from my work clothes that gave him a inkling that he my inquire if I stayed for work and then proceeded to quote me a dealing that would make it easier for me to check in and out and depend on a rate that would not change. The other Establishment. Took an entire month and no one brought to my attention any type of special rates until, I brought it up. The Rooms surprised me to be in nicer condition than I thought with the age of the location. Every person here Sincerely Has the face your brand wishes to be representative of Wyndham(Hilton). And it all Starts with Sam the manager. He is a excellent leader not manager but, Leader. A leader inspires his associates to know why things are at work, And why he is choosing to work there and what inspires him about his job in turn, Hopefully light a purpose for them as associates to want to be there and strive for better than their best. And if they have a stake in the family running of it ! Then, They are all in agreence with true customer service via Real Hospitality. P.s. Everyone remembered me from my initial visit. Can't be that with any type of marketing gimmick. Love you, guys. The Amazon Guy. (DSX8). 7/26/24. My initial Visit. Stayed another night. Loved room #314 or #318. Cany remember what room it was.

A New home during business days.

Everyone and Everything. Hospitality as it's Finest. Nothing like really feeling welcomed. Sam, The Manager is Leading his establishment not just managing it. I would like a refund

It was better than last time

My reservation was canceled even before I could check in nobody notified me it was gonna be canceled I was running a little late so they went ahead and canceled it and gave away my room so I had to sleep in my car with my girlfriend cause we could not check in here or anywhere else cause it was to early/late

Price was good for one night, Rooms were decent

Right side of the building had many people drinking with music all loud hanging out by pool late at night. One customer even complained while I was checking in. There was also a very bad smell in lobby area and hallways, No elevators too especially with babies and heavy luggage.

The staff was nice

there were several things I did not like about the property. we got a non smoking room but as you entered the hallway it smelled like cigarettes and 🌿. the room looked dirty and it was dusty. the fridge made a ticking sound throughout our stay and was very annoying through the night. overall, I would not stay at this location again.

It was decent. You get what you pay for.

The location was convenient to where we needed to be. The price was cheap.

The room was suppose to be non smoking but was smoked in. The sheets were not as clean as they should have been. The floor was sticky and I did not feel comfortable walking around without socks or shoes.

Our tv was broken which front office knew and didn’t fix until we asked for a remote, then they decided to switch us to a new room. Lights went out and front office lied saying the power was on so they did not have to fix the issue. Sat in a hot room with a flashlight, with a 10 month old and 5 year old. Pool was not open until the day we checked out. Front office kept saying “it’ll be open tomorrow” and they never opened while we stayed.

Good value for money.

I liked the price and the location. Was very pleased with how kind and hardworking the staff was. Would recommend. Good value for money on a holiday.

I did not the type of people this property attracted. As soon as we entered the hallway after checking in we heard a woman screaming at a man nasty things, and we determined from the conversation she was a prostitute he hired for NYE celebration and they were arguing. Disgusting. Unfortunately, the staff cannot know what everyone's intention is when getting a hotel.

Great Stay for the price.

Over all Good Rooms, and Staff was helpful. Rooms were clean, king room it was spacious, comfortable bed, spacious restroom. For a good price, it met my expectations.

Just the pool needs to be clean from the Bottom, didn't used it, but when you pass next to it, you can see that it needs some maintenance.
