It was okay, but I would definitely recommend staying in a safer area or a place with security/cameras.

The room was big and clean. That is probably the best thing about the hotel.

I don’t believe there are any cameras and our first night there about 4-5 vehicles were all broken into on the backside parking of the hotel. Luckily we did not have our vehicle broken into but we did not feel our vehicle nor was the area safe after that.

Good hotel but needs upgrading.

Location was great and rooms were clean

The rooms were so humid that small amounts of mold were visible on the white lamps and the bedding was almost moist feeling which made sleeping uncomfortable.

Ok stay but could use improvement

The location was ideal. Very close to work. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Spacious unit. Bathroom was clean and uncluttered. Free breakfast was ok.

The room carpet felt a little damp. There was a corn chip smell when I opened the door. I eventually got used to it. It was probably coming from outside. Breakfast could be better. The eggs were scrambled but you can tell they weren't fresh. The sausage was bland and almost tasteless. Coffee was strong but very good.

Never going back there again!

Location

The air conditioner didn’t work and they didn’t have an extra room to put us in. They came several times to fix it but couldn’t and their air conditioner man never showed up. When we called the manager to talk about it he didn’t answer the phone or respond to our messages. We spent three days with a broken air conditioner and no one bothered to help us. Also the eggs were cold at breakfast.

Extremely bad!

We arrived at the hotel around 10 p.m. There was no staff at the counter. After 10 mins a staff came and told us that we couldn’t check in at the moment as the room was not ready yet. We were told to wait for 30 mins while they were cleaning the room. After waiting for 40 mins, the staff told us that the room was still not ready and we would have to wait for another 25 mins. After waiting for more than one hour, the room wasn’t still ready and they couldn’t confirm what time the room would be ready. We finally had no choice but find some other place to stay as it was almost midnight and we were too tired to wait.

Pleasant

The breakfast was good and coffee was always available.

I stayed for three nights and not once did I see anyone cleaning the facility. No housekeeping ever come to clean the room or pick up garbage. No one vacuumed the carpet in the room or in the hallway.

Yikes!

The location.

The hotel was not clean at all. Lot's of smells, pubic hai in he bathroom on the floor, in the bathtub,in the sink. Brown stains on wall by toilet in bathroom. Visible dirt and food on carpet. Blood on bedspread. Dust and dead bugs in window seal. And the third floor smelled very strongly of urine.

Very clean and comfy.

There was no breakfast ☹️😕 why say that there will be breakfast if there’s not. I was told there would be breakfast just to come down and be told that they don’t serve breakfast on Sunday. What hotel doesn’t serve breakfast on a weekend? Those are the busiest days! Other than that everything was okay. I just feel like you guys need to mention the days you serve and don’t serve breakfast if it isn’t daily like you advertise.
