Will never return

Close to a good Italian restaurant

Hard to find. Didn’t have good signs to get in and a lot of construction vehicles there made us pass it by. The room was so dark even with all the lights on. Laying in bed and felt something crawling. Tiny ants all over the bed and headboard. They gave us another room. The biggest light didn’t have a bulb so we went back to first room and took the bulb from there. Another couple was trading rooms cause they didn’t have lights in their room. Mattress needed replaced. No offer to discount the room and didn’t seem to care that we had a bad experience.

Short overnight. Old hotel property in refresh / remodel; On a good course. Would stay again.

Rooms refreshed. Bathtub and enclosure good design, shelf in shower, ample counter. Mattress comfortable. Closet, luggage rack, flat spaces ample. Staff little interaction. Did not use most amenities- pool, fitness, office, breakfast.

Hallways have old smoke odor (embeded surfaces?) and stench gets pulled in room. Does the bath fan/vents actually do anything? Shower-head adjust jammed (minerals?), bath outlet plate gap. Bedside lamps produce horrible glare (lampshade perforated). Lighting scheme altogether poor. HVAC unit loud; needs a low speed for blower, quieter compressor (old units).

I liked it and would stay again but need to get some helpers for the gatekeeper.

Front Desk help was exceptional. Very friendly and helpful.

More help. The front desk people although very nice seemed to be the only face you saw the whole night. Numerous times I went to the desk to try to inquire about buying a Coke but couldn't find anyone even after ringing the bell constantly.

It smelled horrible. The people were not friendly. The room was lit up from parking lot lights and could not sleep. You couldn’t close the curtains horrible design. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

The hotel is very conveniently located with lots of places to eat, get gas, etc. very close and is also a good starting point for reaching other places.

This hotel needs an update really badly. Our room was pretty sad. The bathroom door had a giant glob of compound that was used to patch a hole and they just left it as is without sanding it down and painting or anything to make it look finished. Everything is just very grungy. Also, the lighting in the room was a joke, you couldn't see a thing. The curtains don't really close to block out light and the A/C was insanely loud.

Nice clean hotel with friendly staff.

The breakfast was very good and available right on time. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is located very close to freeway so it is convenient.

We brought our dog as this is a pet friendly hotel and there was no area for us to take our dog to go to bathroom. The hotel is built into side of a mountain so I know it is hard. But this was my only complaint. No good option for my dog.
