Well the room wasn't cleaned it smelled like cigarettes had beer bottles over the room And bed wasn't made. So got refund and left

Stained towels, tubs. Only hotel on Harper Road showing they took pets.

Bed was very comfortable. My son's bed and mind had clean sheets. The 2nd room that my daughter and her husband had at check-in, had stained king sheets on the bed. We were on way to a family reunion gathering Saturday night, so we determined to get her fresh sheets when we returned. When we returned, she was given queen size sheet.

Stained tubs, towels and sheets. Only hotel at Harper Road that showed they took pets.

This comment is for the 2nd room, under my Daughter and her husband's room: The 2nd room that my daughter and her husband had at check-in, had stained king sheets on the bed. I was really disappointed with the facility but the staff did their best to be helpful.

The staff was helpful with correcting the problems we experienced. We only had one bed & I thought I had requested 1 room with 2 beds. They changed that room but the room they gave us then with the 2 beds, someone’s luggage was sitting in floor & on bed when we opened the door. Got another room & we had 1 towel & 1 washcloth for 4 people. Went to front desk & another family was waiting to check in. I waited for about 10 min. I asked the family if anyone was there & they said they had been waiting to check in for their reservation but had seen no one. I went back to room & waited until next morning. Clerk at desk was very helpful and got us the towels. All of the staff were very friendly & tried to help.

See the above statement. Plus, we could never get the hot water to get over like warm in sink or tub.

Broken bed, staff didn't seem to care.

We are a family of 5 and booked to have 2 beds and a pull out couch. When we checked in, we saw the pull out was completely broken. There were no other rooms or options. So we asked for a refund and went somewhere else.

The staff wasn't apologetic or seemed to have cared.

Housekeeping came banging on the door at 830 am. Then again at 945. I've never been rushed out of a hotel, long before checkout. Basically forced to leave because they would not stop knocking on the door. Even after we said we aren't checked out yet nor is it time for check out. They came 3 different times knocking.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was very quiet.

Our first impression when we pulled up in front of the hotel was that it was very dark and somewhat seedy looking. We weren't told anything about a continental breakfast. We didn't find out until we had already checked out.

It was a decent sleepover for an incredibly low price. No high expectations though.

Real bargain for a night stay. The bed was excellent, the room looked nice, the sink in the room was good. The staff was helpful and kind. Late check in was easy and fast. Breakfast was OK.

The place feels aged/run down. Could not lock up my room, did not bother asking for help, just got back on the road. The bathroom looked sketchy, did not dare to use shower.

I will not be returning

i found a roach, the shower curtain was stained and black, we had some towels that were stained and black, the hallway to the room smell nothing but marijuana and non-smoking areas. I will never return to this property for staying. I feel like it probably is not up to bookings qualifications.

Breakfast was good. Has a waffle iron, oatmeal, cereal, pastries, yogurt and bagels. While you can tell the building is older it seems to be kept up at least in the room we had.

There was pets staying there so if you have an allergy may consider staying somewhere else. I had booked for a king and was given a queen. When I asked about it the answer was that kings were limited due to patrons who stayed over. I felt I should have been informed when checking in and given the opportunity to cancel reservation, get a room with two full beds or get a price reduction. Otherwise not a bad stay for a 2 day trip.
