Location
Hot tub not working

Excellent and helpful staff
The beds were a little uncomfortable and the door would get stuck on the trim

The front desk was the best I've ever experienced. Breakfast was good.
The shower door would not stay closed.Beds were a bit sloped.

Location, price
we had no soap, shampoo, glasses, coffee or tes in room; housekeeping error I think. Cumbersome hotel layout, long convoluted walk to room. Noisy neighbors and machine noise from outside.

Really clean and comfortable bed

The room and the beds were nice and comfortable.
The desk host was hard to understand in explaining the $150.00 deposit I had to pay to get the room that I reserved on Booking.com. I was very disappointed to have to pay out $252.00 just to get to my room. I have stayed at other Sleep Inns and not had to pay this. I was not happy and will never stay at a Sleep Inn ever again!!

hot tub, pool, staff
the hot tub was out of service,
double bed room was pretty small/ pics made it look bigger, the seating for breakfast was cramped, there were no signs in walk ways letting you know where things were at, would have been helpful, the hotel is set up a little confusing as far as hallways

Bed was comfortable. Shower was huge
I booked the room with booking and paid in full then the hotel ran my card for the full price again. I've never had that happen before. Then told me that it should be back in my account within a week after I check out. The bathroom had hairs on the floor and the shower was dirty with hair also. The floor was cracked as well.

I was charged a 150 deposit which wasn't the worst thing. But I was placed far from elevator and several times my key card didn't work and had to walk all the way back to the front desk to get into my room. Not happy with this stay.

The price
The hot tub jets didn't work.

Very clean, nice breakfast
No food or drink in pool area, sign stating no toys in pool area. I can get past the food and drink but why no toys???

Breakfast was great with plenty of options
Beds were small, pool water was cold, but advertised heated pool, however didn’t keep our grandchildren from enjoying it. The hot tub was nice with jets that worked good. Hotel is located around restaurants and Sam’s Walmart

Convenient location just off Route 60. Good dining choices a short walk across the parking lot. Room was clean and very comfortable. Luggage carts available, good TV & WIFI. Super breakfast with hot choices as well as cereals, pastries, & fruit. Friendly front desk staff.
No microwave, and very small (think: cruise ship) bathroom. Since we booked through Booking.com, our credit card was hit with an additional $150 charge to cover potential damage which we might inflict. Note - we're 70+ years old and have never damaged a hotel room. And neither of us resembles Joe Walsh. We were told the charge should be reversed in about 2 weeks. The photos attached are all of previous damage in our room. I wouldn't make a big deal out this if they didn't.

The room was very clean. The breakfast looked good but I didn't try it.
The bed was concave so I hardly slept and woke up with a terrible back ache. I chose the room in part because it boasted and accessible bath tub. However there was no stopper for the tub so I couldn't use it. The t.v. didn't turn on and the air conditioning sounded like a plane was taking off.

Excellent location for our needs

Location is great for us to walk across the parking lot to the Texas Road House for supper using the back door of the hotel.
The key machine was broken! We had no room key so anytime we wanted we had to go to the front desk ad some one would walk us two thirds of the way around the hotel to our room. This was very inconvenient and disrupted our activities more than necessary. I do believe the hotel should have told us we would not have a key and beg for access to our room or provided us alternative accomodations.

Room was nice and clean, beds were comfortable, bathroom was clean and in nice condition. I liked the shower controls that allow me to set the water temp once and every time I took a shower, I just had to turn the water on without any fuss. I liked the TV and I was happy there was a refrigerator in the room. I thought the closet was good size too. Breakfast was simple, but good.
The front desk area seemed dark and oppressive. I did not like the bathroom faucet. The water spout was too short making it hard to wash hands without bumping hands into sink. We were confused with the layout of the hotel. More signage in the hallways would have made it easier to figure out where to go.
