The staff was friendly, the room were cleaned and they smelled clean and fresh.

They’re in the process of updating/remodeling…. Noise was minimal and NOT an issue. From we could tell (where it had not been touched yet) it was long over due!! The staff here was MORE than helpful and accommodating!!! Thank you so much!

The bed and pillows. Gave us another room because of tv issue but still just ok.
I know it's being renovated but the TV remote didn't work at all. Had to get employee to check it still didn't work after that.
The pool was closed. No business center. Fixtures and furniture were old and needed updating.
The price was very unreasonable for the shape the room was in. Very disappointing for a Hampton Inn. I don't recommend this location.

is doing a great job in the midst of Constuction.

The staff was great and our room was great.
There was no mention of construction nor that the pool was empty. I had 3 kids there and it made a difference. Of we would have known about construction we would have picked a different hotel.

The location was very convenient. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was decent.
it was under construction. you almost didn’t know it was open. The rooms were in need of updating. you had to go to the front desk for ice. The bathroom floor grout looked dirty making the floor look dirty.

The friendlyness of the staff was refreshing. Everyone had a smile on their face and was ready to help. The breakfast was also great and tasty.
The value of the stay was a little disappointing due to construction going on, which I didn't know ahead of time. This meant the pool was closed, which was a bummer.

The location was good. Close to the interstate. The breakfast was disappointing, when compared to the breakfast offerings at Hamptons in the past. Hampton Inn was my "go to" choice for lodging for years. Now I see it as slipping to a lower tier hotel.
The housekeeping is just ok. The breakfast offerings have been scaled back. The need to request housekeeping is a change in service level that I really do not care for.

Entire outside was being remodeled. Hot tub was advertised but was filled with concrete. One of the beds in our room seemed to be broken. It was sunken in on one side and very creaky.

Overall very nice it would’ve been nice if it was a little cheaper but overall my wife and I was pleased with the service and everything so I can’t say nothing bad about it

Our suite was by an exit door so a lot of traffic noise as we slept on the sleeper sofa. It prob wasn’t as noticeable in the bedroom

Grab bar in shower. Good showerhead. Nice hot shower. Plenty of towels...2 towels per person for shower.
Good pillows. Breakfast eggs, redskins potatoes and maple sausage were tasty. Checkin people were nice.

Bed a little saggy. No pen. Insufficient amount of facial tissues. Sink was cracked. Not much bread for breakfast. Not much fruit.

I know that this really can't be helped because remodels have to be done but there was a lot of construction going on. So there was quite a bit of dust that had been stirred up.
