ISSUE REFUND!!!

1) Needs PEST CONTROL - ANTS!!!!!!!!! 2) SAFETY ISSUE: Better lock/security on windows that are at/below ground level!!!!!!!!! WAS FEARFUL OF MY PERSONAL SAFETY!!!!!!!!! 3) Groundskeeper: TRASH everywhere next to building and on property!!!!!!!!! GHETTO FEELING 4) Needs Licensed Plumber to fix SHOWER! Their attempt to fix themselves is FAIL!!!!!!!!! 5) Partial bathroom fixtures: MISSING drain plug on both bathroom sink and bathtub!!!!!!!!! 6) HORRIBLE SMELLS UPON ENTRY TO LOBBY - FOOD COOKING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 7) I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS SITE HAS A 3-STAR RATING!!!!!!!!! 8) SUPER 8 DOES NOT MONITOR THEIR FRANCHISES!!!!!!!!! 9) ISSUE REFUND!!!!!!!!!

Terrible, get new managers and owners

good shower, but dirty tub; my sister cleaned the tub before we each took a shower

bed was poor, too much noise, people were using the washer/dryer all night because the dryer could not dry the clothes; air conditioners out side the window rattled all night; saw ants in our room.

A big disappointment. We won’t be back.

Our door jamb was broken so we didn’t feel the lock was secure, heat/air didn’t work at all, tv didn’t work, stains on carpet, bathroom, especially toilet was not clean and water didn’t fill so kept running. Hallways smelled of old cooking oil—permeated into our room, which smelled of smoke even though it was a no-smoking room. Noisy-we had someone above us who was up past quiet hours tromping around and again up/talking loudly at 4:30 am. For breakfast, cereal bowls were tiny, like yogurt -size and there were eggs that appeared dirty. No napkins anywhere. Someone needs to put some $ into this to renovate it and improve it. Worst Super 8 we have ever stayed at, to be honest.

It was okay.

Check in was quick and easy. Breakfast was good with a large variety of items. Our room had a refrigerator and microwave as well as an office chair for comfort. We had a problem with the toilet and someone was there quickly to help.

The motel looks like it need a lot of TLC. Items were not kept in good condition.

Rooms were smaller than expected. And bot as clean as expected. Markings on the walls, bathroom floor was sticky in both rooms we had. One room didn't have a phone. Shower head had calcification on it to where you couldn't move it.

The cyringe cover and filthy room was enough to make me never stay again

I didn't stay to try anything

It was disgusting and filthy I don't know the last time it was cleaned there was a cyringe cap by the bad crumbs everywhere an opened pop can carpet was wet seat was tore up shower looked grimy I didn't even take a shower because of how it looked I barely slept and just wanted to get the heck out I will never stay at another super 8 again

Front desk staff is unfriendly and have “quiet quit” . Unfortunately the lack of care is obvious. The property has deteriorated and is not maintained.

Disappointing

Location and price.

It was a cluster. When we tried to check in they had given our rooms to someone else but used my credit card. I signed my receipt which had already been signed by the other person. The receipt had my credit card number on partially blacked out. We had to wait while they went and got the people to check and bring them back down to the office. There was dust on the counters, had an aroma once we got to our rooms they weren't so bad. The beds were comfortable, the curtain wasn't all the way on the rod, just little things. We Went down for breakfast and it was waffles and cereal. We won't stay here again unless we can't find anything else.

No fire alarm, no safety latch on the door, vending machine broke and empty. Not enough towels in the room for two people. One of the beds sheets hadn't been changed. The front office was a mess. DO BETTER.

The staff and manager were wonderful. He was willing to work with me on payment since we stayed 2 weeks. The staff was very helpful overall.

I wish the breakfast room had been cleaner and better stocked. The waffle maker was awful and was not clean. They finally replaced it the last day we were there.
