They tv remote wouldn’t control the tv at all tried to have it fixed and no luck the room looked nice but when you looked closer it was dirty I’m the corners and edges

I’ve been in better for the money

Pool was broke hot tub broke one ice machine was broke and the other wasn’t sufficient to cover needs. Couldn’t find my reservation and I don’t know what she did but she found it.

Would gladly stay here again.

Very clean and well cared for. They fulfilled all special requests with no issues. Even the breakfast bar was better than expected.

The Wifi is not strong enough to work remotely. The bandwidth is not adequate for today's traveler.

It's a bed and it was clean

Definitely needs carpet repair... my suitcase got stuck on wrinkles

It wasn’t the best place but it was somewhere to sleep. I did end up checking out early.

I liked that it was close to some good restaurants.

The room wasn’t very clean, I found a tick in my bed, there was hardly any staff at the front desk ever, the manager was unreachable because staff didn’t want to call.

The hot tub and pool were not in service. We were not made aware of that while booking a room on line. We found out upon arrival.

Location was great, staff was welcoming.

The property is pretty tired, there was a Qtip on the carpet and crumbs under the desk so cleaning not good.

No more AmericInn for us!

The location

The front desk person was unfriendly and unhelpful. I soda machine was stuck and was making a lot of noise right next to our room. When I asked if he could do something about it he said no and if I don't like it I should Leave. This is the worst treatment I ever received from a front desk person throughout of my travels.

Comfortable stay, good price

Friendly staff. Helpful when the TV/remote didn't work - they fixed it. Gave us a later check out when we asked for it. Breakfast was sufficient. Coffee was very good.

Ice machine started beeping at 5 AM and no one could do anything about it. Kind of annoying. Location was a bit noisy, but expected on the highway.

Breakfast and location were good.

Shower didn't drain, complained to staff and he was extremely rude and unhelpful (John). Place was not very clean. Pool and hot tub were closed. This was not disclosed when I booked my nonrefundable reservation. Very disappointed.

It was all great. We did not utilize the pool or hot tub as we got a room with it’s own hot tub.

pleasant stay for a quick overnight.

quick on and off freeway and near dinner options. I loved using the pool and hot tub after 12 hours driving! staff was friendly and available.

it wasn’t as clean as I would have hoped- not really dirty, but I felt I wanted to be careful. my bed was harder than at other americinn locations.

Good value overall but we like a more updated bathroom

The breakfast was excellent! The big negative was the bathroom. The bathtub was old snd the floor of the tub looked awful! The shower was difficult to shut on and off. The sink was cracked. The beds were good however.

I answered that above.
