The guests will not stay there again.

The location of the hotel was good. It was close to Walmart and restaurants.

The guests who stayed in room 228 had their undergarments stolen. They also asked for the maids not to clean their rooms until they checked out. But someone must’ve come in the room and stolen their items. Also, one of the guests did not receive a receipt and was told that she would get it through an email. She wanted a paper copy and was not given one. However, the other guest that stayed in that same room, 228, received a paper receipt. Regardless if a third party is involved or not, the hotel normally gives you a receipt after you checked out.

All in all, the Hampton provides the best travel experience Hobbs has to offer.

What a very nice stay here at the Hampton. The facilities appear to be a bit dated but the suite assigned to me was quiet, comfortable and efficient. The complimentary breakfast was timely, hot and convenient. And as always, the staff was easily the friendliest I've come across in Hobbs.

The furnishings have seen better days.

Our stay was adequate could have better.

Breakfast was adequate but the staff and overall room was excellent.

Exercise center was absolutely awful. None of the facilities exercise machines (ie treadmill and elliptical) we’re working.

We will be back when we need to pass through again.

Breakfast was good. Add fresh bananas. The cereal dispenser didn’t work, nor did the OJ dispenser. No big deal; I made a small waffle and chose a different juice. Breakfast of Champions, IMO.♥️🧇🍌🥚🥚🥓🧃

We always stay at Hampton when we travel.

Didn’t have breakfast, only coffee

Room could’ve been cleaner. Carpet was stained in spots.

Cut short

Location, Lobby, game room, front desk girl was the best!

No Indoor Pool!, My daughter was in tears, she is not a gamer. No shower, tub was too dirty to try that either, desk chair was pealed apart, mildew in bathroom ceiling, we had to leave early, breakfast was not good in so many ways ..

Disappointed

The game room was ok, the foosball table needs to be replaced, it wobbles and handles are broken and it is also lopsided. The booking agents at the from were very courteous and attentive.

As you drive into the property dry weeds and trash were by the Hampton Inn sign, almost did not stay. Inside the room the chair at the desk was shredded, under the fridge was dirty as if the cleaning had not been done in months. The shower did not work my husband and I took baths. The coffee was cold, heat was not working it was blowing cold air at 80 degrees. Despite all of this we stayed because it was paid for. We have stayed in Hampton Inns several times and have enjoyed our stay but this was really disappointing because Hampton Inns are usually our go to.

Fast check in, great location, girl at front desk was very nice. Room was clean & quite place.

It said it had a pool, but when we got there, they said they didn't have a pool 😞
