Great Value

Very good value for the cost. My room was clean, did not smell like smoke. The internet was fast, the hotel was quiet and offered a decent breakfast. Pleasantly surprised, no locals living in the hotel..

Based on the deposit, I would never stay again

Wasn't much to like as an overall experience.

I was told my $50 deposit would be refunded by 3:00pm and its 9:00 pm and no refund.

ver y dissapointed

hotel was in a industrial location , no place to eat a decent meal. we cancelled our reservation, had to wait 10 minutes before the clerk came out to check out. Would not stay there

It was quiet & clean

Breakfast wasn't great. No one was paying attention to spoons, coffee. We had to ask for more coffee as it was empty. Had to eat my cereal with a fork as there were no spoons. No one was around!

Disappointing

There were bugs in the shower. There was no plug for the bathtub or any way to stop the water from draining. The ac in our room barely worked and it took it almost 3 hours to cool it off and it sounded like the fan was about to fall out of the unit

Charged more than what I paid on booking.com charged and extremely high deposit was rude about giving the money back and check out And would not give me a receipt

The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The staff was very friendly upon check in. The room was spacious and very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the hotel was quiet. It was close to our work location so that was an added bonus and the cost per night was very economical.

We were not crazy about the breakfast items that were served each day. The sausage gravy was cold and the breakfast bagels were not cooked thoroughly. But overall the stay itself was enjoyable and we would definitely stay again.

this was not at all what I I expected. it really wasn’t a pleasant stay

the location was good to our jeep event

the bathroom was dirty. I NEVER got clean towels. I was there for 3 days. trash was never taken out. I didn’t even have sign on door. I didn’t have enough pillows, lady at desk said they had none and gave me a blanket to use!!!!!! seriously!

Needs attention to meet the standard.

Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was hot, good variety.

The place looks ‘tired’. The elevator needs painting, our room had no hair dryer, our bathroom door looked like something had been spilled all over it. Our room door was difficult to close as if the door had been damaged.

Would like some of my money back.

The location

Service. Hassle with getting a room that was already reserved more than 5 days in advance. Had 3 different rooms in 3 days. First rooms door didn’t work. Second room had a very short shower head and stains on the bedding. The last room had a leaky ceiling.

Great place to stop overnight! Comfy enough for longer stays!

I loved the modular furniture in the room! Open shelves/cubbies and hooks/bar for hanging. There was also a padded window seat. The beds were comfy, and we got a good night's sleep. For us, this was just a place to stop on the way home, but we liked it so much that we would definitely stay on our next trip north. Also, turns out the breakfast is free!

The towels were small and limited in quantity. I am pretty sure a brillo pad would have been softer. Also, our towels had a few stains that made them look less than clean. We would have loved a non-pork breakfast option (even just eggs).
