One of the grossest places I have ever stayed

Nothing at all! Just the man that checked us in at night was nice.

The room was absolutely disgusting. Woke up this morning finding another woman’s eye lashes so disgusting! Towels with brown and yellow stains. To top it all off wayyyy to expensive for what we got. Phone was missing buttons and all like really? Tv didn’t even work. I would not recommend this place ever!

I liked the location of the property because it was near to the festival I was heading towards. I also did like that the parking is available for only guests. Also forgot to mention that the beds were okay, clean and did its job to be comfy in the end.

When I had first walked in the room, it smelled a lot like cigarettes and it took a while for the scent to ware off. I didn’t appreciate how the website, it states that there was supposedly “free breakfast” offer for guests and that there was supposed to have a microwave inside the room but the microwave wasn’t even connected and it was very dirty inside. It made me not even want to warm up my food (even if it were to be connected).

The pictures made the room seem small but upon arrival the room was actually huge and really nice.

Terrible customer service and worst experience in a hotel room

I liked the fact that it was close to Rolling Loud location.

I did not like the fact that I paid so much for a smelly room. Also, the door lock was broken and the room was not esthetically pleasant. I wanted to borrow a pen and a piece of paper to write something that came to mind. The clerk at the front desk kept telling me to bring it back multiple times. I had to remind him that I paid over $1,000 for 3 nights in this crappy motel room and that borrowing a pen and a blank piece of paper should not be so difficult.

My first bad experience at a motel. wasn’t to cheap Either.

outside seemed nice.

The room was not clean, also got a smoker room which I did not want. blankets and pillows were dirty. Had to disinfect all the surfaces. also card for door didn’t work two of the times we were there.

Mostly overpriced hostel I've ever visited.

Rooms are ok. I was happy that it was clean.

$350 per night for hostel is ridiculous. Especially when they don't serve breakfast (what was promised) and all the other facilities are closed. Covid is a lousy excuse. They just wanna rip the money out of you.

Just the fact that it was close to the venue that i needed to go to.

The room smelled like cigarettes. I was told i could request a late checkout in person and when i did they said no. The room was dirty, stinky and overpriced.
