The room was well-equipped, clean and comfortable.
The breakfast was adequate generally - rather limited hot choice but understandable.
On arrival at SEATAC I found the "shuttle service" area and there was a listing for the Clarion Hotel with telephone number to call for their shuttle. Did so but "number unobtainable". Took taxi ($27-odd) to hotel. Was told shuttle service had been discontinued as an economy measure "years ago". At end of my stay I again took a taxi
($30) to SEATAC. I suspect that lack of shuttle service is part of the desperate effort
to restore profitability due to corvid but other hotels still seem to be able to provide this service to their guests. Thus the stay at the Clarion was more expensive by over $50
than anticipated. THIS AREA NEEDS ATTENTION ! I don't think I would opt for the
Clarion again until this issue is addressed.

Staff was ok
Floor above us was incredibly loud with squeaking. Constantly squeaking. Every board is loose. It was all night, all morning. Plus an upcharge because it was the weekend Taylor Swift was in town! No I didn’t go, but I also didn’t appreciate the surcharge on this lower end hotel. Will not come back nor recommend to anyone.

The staff and location are good. The hotel has ample parking and can accommodate larger vehicles.
The hotel is so run down. The room was so small I could barely turn around and it was outdated and not in great shape. The walls and floor are very thin so I could hear every movement around me. Sadly the room also smelled like mildew and was musty.

Nothing really jumped out as something that would ever cause me to rebook here. It was simply one of the cheaper rooms I could find in Seattle and my wife had a late arrival flight that night.
Everything was dated and worn out. Someone had taken trash out and red sauce dripped from the bag all down a hallway and into the elevator. It was still there the next morning. The bed hurt our backs too.

Bed was comfy, staff was great!
Not very quiet, could hear the people above us all morning walking around. Bathroom floor was not very clean.

It was a decent Breakfast.
The Room had 8 major Issues, ranging from Electrical to Plumbing and the Floors seem like they are ready to collapse. On the second Day the Sprinkler System flooded the Bathroom and we had to move Rooms.
The new Room had 5 major Issues, Batteries missing from the Fire Alarm, Window Screens that were cut out, burned out Light bulbs, missing Sink stoppers, torn Shower Curtain.
We would never stay there again! 1 Star rating is to high!!!

There wasn’t much to like. Free parking.
It wasn’t safe: there were homeless people sleeping in the halls and in their cars in the parking lots; the exterior door card readers don’t work so they would leave the doors propped open so anyone could come and go; the homeless people would come into the dining area and eat the food; the ice machine was broken and leaking water everywhere; the flooring was broken and my granddaughter tripped on it and fell; the building was clearly not well maintained.

Clean pleasent staff coffee all the time good breakfast.
Last stay only ice machine that worked was on 4th floor. Checked this trip and 3rd floor didn't work,a carpet on 1st floor is turned up kind of a trip hazard. Had a poorly dressed guy come to door befor 10 asked if we staying another night told him yes, went imedietly to desk and extended stay.he was back before 11 asking again, really was dressed more like a homeless guy.not management

Front desk people were very friendly. Each morning and night when we left and came back, the person at the desk always acknowledged us.
Place is in need of repair. You can tell they have tried but very sloppy work, such as paint splashed on opposite wall carpet not attached to wall and cracks in paint. Only got housekeeping one day of 8 day stay.

Building was worn.
