Clean, comfortable room close to Sea-Tac

Clean, comfortable room close to Sea-Tac. Many restaurants and stores nearby.

Great facilities, fantastic staff and the room was comfortable

I stayed in the king room with sofa bed. I didn’t need to use the sofa bed but I did want a place to sit and a larger room and that’s exactly what I got. The bed was very comfortable. I liked the room’s decor and so say that because some hotel rooms have the ugliest carpets, bedspreads and pictures on the wall. They have obviously updated their rooms and they have done a good job.

The bar area was kinda lame and the drink prices were incredibly high…I paid something like $19 for a non-premium double gin and tonic. The chicken and bacon quesadilla was pretty delicious tho

A very nice room but poor breakfast and amenities.

Good location. For what the two nights cost, the breakfast ( only 2 menu choices) was very inadequate.

There should have been a breakfast buffet. The room amenities were very inadequate: a small tube of lotion and a small bar of soap.

Grateful I had such a pleasant stay during a busy day.

I raced out the door early in the morning, so I didn't eat anything. But I did like the layout, sliding doors faced into the center courtyard, and the car parking outside the building. When the lights were off it was super dark and quiet. The bed was heavenly. It was a great place to take a relaxing break from an active day.

I didn't like that I didn't have enough time to eat breakfast.

New contemporty hotel in a quiet area of Southcenter.

Completely renovated property. Everything is new, contemporary and very comfortable. No fee for parking in their lot like a lot of other properties in the same area. The room is comfy with a sofa, fridge, large TV and nice comfortable pillow top bed!! Good coffee in the room too.

Surprised they didn’t have breakfast facility or even a continental breakfast. There is a small take out type coffee stand with some breakfast options off a menu but I am not sure it is cooked to order type of thing. There is an IHOP just a short drive from the hotel.

Exceptional

I liked that there was a bistro. The parking was easy to access. They have a really nice lobby to sit and mingle. The room was very clean.

I couldn't find the menu easily in the room for the bistro. I had to search the internet. I wish there was a microwave in the room. Overall, I would stay again. There are great dining places in the area.

The pool is gone. We were traveling with a 5 year old and the pool was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. ☹️

Convenient and clean

We weren’t there long but the hotel was clean and attractive. The ability to have some dinner there was really convenient. We had to leave before breakfast. The pull out couch was way more comfy than the usual ones.

The room was a little bit small and kind of corporate-dreary. Everything worked perfectly well and was very clean, it was just devoid of any character.

Very good

Breakfast fantastic, and actually think the comp breakfasts at other hotels are terrible and usually are so crowded that this was a nice change. Worth the extra $20-$25 we spent each day, but not everyone wants to. Loved the patio doors for fresh air!!! New remodel very nice.

The bathtub had a dirty ring around it and think staff should actually scrub shower tubs rather than just spraying disinfectant. The water spout in tub was loose and moving around in room #347. Also, might be good if hotels & staff could separate guests by early sleepers/ early risers, or late sleepers/ late risers...sometimes families with young kids up early or young adults up late, making it difficult to sleep with thin walls. I’m sure it wouldn’t always work, but worth a shot. We had a family up at 6:00 am and it was pretty loud to sleep.
