The room with the view and balcony
4.2
The room itself was clean and well decorated.
The water access and view from the common area were amazing.
We were very disappointed with our room. We were in 1112 and there is NO natural light at all...only a view of a WALL outside the window and the door. When asked if we could switch, we were told no. We would have paid more, but they did not work with us at all. The rest of the complex was beautiful, but after our initial interaction, we did not feel welcome and spent as little time as we could on the property. We will not go back nor recommend it.

Our room was very nice and clean. The bed was comfortable, the fireplace was warm and cozy, and we had a side-view of the ocean.
4.2
The room was amazing. We paid for more than we needed as we got the two-bedroom unit with two baths but we are only one couple. However, having his and hers bathrooms was great. The rooms were all... ROOMY... nothing cramp about it. There's a 'mud room' area as you enter for your dirty shoes/boots. Closet space is quite ample and with plenty of hangers and other storage space. We had an oversized deck and a gorgeous view of Nantucket Sound. This place is right on the ocean, you can walk right onto the beach. It's a great spot.
We visited in late December but, at least for the summer, there's both an indoor AND outdoor pool (though we prefer the ocean), a jacuzzi, barbeques that you can use. The beach sand is soft and the water is gorgeous. It's a very good spot to catch both a sunrise and sunset.
What makes this place even nicer are the comfortable beds and beautiful furnishings. There's a regular-sized refrigerator, microwave, sink and dishwasher. There are also metal utensils of good quality, plates, pots, etc. Everything you need along with complimentary coffee and a bag of microwave popcorn.
The couches are nice and soft. AMPLE towels in the bathrooms, extra blankets if you need them. The mirrors and pictures on the walls were quite nice and made us feel at home. An extra box of Kleenex was already in each bathroom in case you run out. Toilet paper is of good quality, not too thin. Oftentimes we notice accommodations where the room is nice but the furnishings and other items are on the cheapy side. This place is great from end-to-end.
There is ample parking. All parking is in front so, no matter what room you have, there will be at least some walking to your room. There are elevators for any rooms not on the first floor.
This place is on a seemingly quiet road but in close proximity to the centers of both Dennis and Harwich, and Chatham is close by as well.
We highly recommend this place.
As nice as this place was, we did have two things that could serve as improvements to the overall guest experience:
1) The woman at the front desk was very nice. She gave us directions to our room and we followed them but, especially as it was approaching twilight when we arrived, we got lost. We noted that there is some occasional signage (with room # ranges on them) but not much. The signage could be MUCH better and comprehensive, especially on the peripheral walking paths
2) Sorry, but a 10:00 am checkout??? WAY too early. It is quite customary to give people until 11 to vacate the room (we have stayed at places that give you until noon!!!). Especially at a place on the ocean, you want to sneak in that last stroll on the beach, have that last dip in the pool. Throw in a breakfast and you barely have enough time to pack your bags, walk them out to the car and then drop the keys off at the front desk. Unless you want to wake up at 4 am or something!!! I strongly encourage management to change checkout to 11:00 am especially since you can't even check in until 4 pm. Five hours should be ample time to get vacated rooms prepared for new guests. Spare me excuses like staffing shortages, supply chain crises, etc. I am not having any of it. Check in at 4 pm? Then please give us until 11 am to check out

Location is amazing! Staff are always so friendly and nice.
The rooms could be cleaner. A lot of dust on furniture and some items from previous occupants found under furniture. The coffee/hot chocolate machine in the lobby is turned off at noon. It would be nice if this was available all day.

The location, being right in the beach
The bottom sheet was too small for mattress slept on the mattress pad all night

Great location on the beach.
Wall were thin could here every time upstairs flushed

Appreciated the extra space over the typical hotel room. Easy parking. Very courteous staff
Couldn't seem to control heat in the rooms, even when we thought we had turned the heat off. Couldn't get heat below 70 degrees. Even our 2 year old granddaughter slept only in her diaper- "too hot"

Room had a great view of the beach, pool was clean. Other than not having pool towels in the room the staff was nice and everything exceeded our excpectaions

Great location close to restaurants. Amazing view to the ocean. Rooms do not get done daily like in hotels. This is a timeshare property. Kitchenette is fully equipped. Two lounge chairs outside of your unit to enjoy a morning coffee with a book.
Rooms do not get done daily.

The property is directly on the beach, so the view and beach are lovely. Our kids loved the indoor pool. The property was very clean.
The unit itself was TINY. We could only walk single file through the space. And we could hear everything happening in the other units next to us, including toddlers above us and massive partying next door until after midnight. Our heaters didn't work properly - kept turning on and shutting off every minute through the night, keeping us awake. When I asked to have it fixed, I got serious attitude from the front desk, like I was bothering her. I also don't think the bed is a true queen size, it was a double. And we had to pay for each individual device using Wifi. We literally didn't sleep for the 3 nights we were there. For the off-season, I expected better with the rate we paid.
4.2
The room and facility. Easy access to the pool and beach.
4.2
Beachfront location was wonderful. Dennis Port was a good location from which to explore the Cape.
The standard Queen room was very narrow. Having the entry door open into the sleeping area seemed odd.

There is nothing “not” to like!!
Nothing

The squeaky bed

We loved the beach and location. It was close to restaurants and stores. We loved the fireplace and the fire pit.
The heater kept going off every 2 minutes for a minute and the heater was right beside the bed, therefore we were unable to sleep with the noise. A couple of the jets in the Jacuzzi were broken. The mattress was very hard. There was no stove, they would give us a hot plate to cook something on which didn't help if you wanted to bake something.
