Laundry out of service
Building work going on and loud drilling and banging and dusty on ground floor
Hot tub not working
Dining facilities from 20 years ago. So old school and disappointed

Room: good space, excellent cleaning, nice furniture and environment in general. Comfortable bed.
Location: great and very convenient close to the down town.
The staff was nice. Although it could be more informative about the options that the customer has during the staying there, also indicating the location of the luggage carts when we were carrying several suitcases and bags.
The room could have a microwave.

The staff were amazing!!
Construction was everywhere, very dirty and noisy the whole day. There should have been a warning prior to booking this hotel due to the construction.
4.1
The hotel was under construction, so there was no access to certain areas, limited parking spaces because of construction. The bathroom shower did not have a plastic shower curtain , so water spilled onto the floor, which I had to clean up.

We recently stayed one night at the hotel and had a pleasant experience. The room was impeccably clean, making for a very comfortable stay. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a variety of delicious options to start the day. The night was peaceful and quiet, ensuring a restful sleep without any disturbances. Additionally, the hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to local attractions and transportation. Overall, we highly recommend the hotel for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay.

La ubicación es muy buena
La cama, es la más horrible en la que he dormido

The location
The check In receptionist was not friendly
4.1
Hotel was clean, rooms were spacious and nicely appointed.
The banging and dropping of materials on the floor above us at 6:30 am was not appreciated, maybe they could have been scheduled to start at say 9:00am, not great and the reason for my lower score was the $24 parking charge that was not mentioned at booking nor at checkin, not great way to retain returning customers.
4.1
Hot water was on point, location was perfect.
Easy to use trolly and walk to the hot spots of St. Augustine
Would stay here again. Clean hotel, friendly and very helpful staff.

Easy check in,friendly staff at the front desk.
Paying for parking.
4.1
Front desk staff very helpful and courteous
We were on 2nd floor that allowed dogs and one night 3 dogs barked for 1/2 hr at 1am. We should have been located on another floor or at least given the option of room locations.
One day needed clean drinking glasses and towel, then told had to go to the front desk and get myself. But then staff provided items.

Location was excellent
Very old hotel- needs updating-
Was surprised to pay extra $$ for parking.
4.1
Quiet and convenient to historic downtown. Comfortable beds, rooms are clean and modern.
I know it’s a sign of the times but I was a little disappointed I had to pay for parking. I’ve not encountered this at any other place I’ve stayed.

we were well greeted at the front desk. He had all of our details together and gave us some suggestions in to the city area.
Very friendly too.
The ice machine on our floor did not work
4.1
Didn’t eat breakfast there
We were not aware of the $24 parking fee per day
We were quoted $150 per room but were charged $150, 2nd day $165, 3rd day $195 which was not what we were quoted. This is underhanded to us and we most likely will not stay there again.

La atención del personal, buenas instalaciones y detalles (Nos invitaron al desayuno.
El cobro del aparcamiento caro 24 dólares , al aire libre y sin vigilancia.
Es el único pero que pongo al hotel.

I don't think it was worth over 200 dollars

The extra charge for parking and other non disclosure charges
4.1
Paying to park. I think the price was high for this hotel and the shape it was in.
4.1
Proximity to downtown Saint Augustine.
The fact that they have onsite parking and charge everyone to park in their lot.
4.1
Staff was nice. They gave us Cookies and complimentary water. The breakfast was pretty decent. The bed was comfy and the room got nice and cool. It's also located close to the historical district which is a plus.
The staff took FOREVER to answer their phones though. That needs work. The breakfast was ok but I saw lots of gnats around the berries, yogurt, and pastries. I wish the berries and yogurt were covered like the other food and I didn't try the pastries because of that as well. I picked up a strawberry and there was a dead gnat there. They should have coverage for all of the food. I can see the bananas and oranges not being covered. Paying for parking was pretty ridiculous considering the prices of the rooms.

ROOM, LOCATION.
PARKING WAS NOT INCLUDED ON THE PRICE OF THE ROOM.

Rosie at the front desk and Paula our bartender were both awesome!
Quiet location and very comfortable room

Proximity to town
1). That day shift front desk person (boy)with painted fingernails addressing me (a man) as sweetie and honey was unnerving, unprofessional and disrespectful to me. Is this how you want your business to be represented?
2). The F’ing parking fee! That’s a stick in the eye for a paying guest who is staying with you.
3). That awful breakfast at $17. There wasn’t any butter for the toast or cream cheese for the bagels for example. To be fair the breakfast was comped when we brought it to attention.
4.1
It was quiet, the front desk was helpful.
The toilet needed to work better. I don't understand the charge for parking.
4.1
Location was central to everything, restaurants, shopping and landmarks.
4.1
Was centrally located and easy to find,,,, near attractions we wanted to see
Earlier check in and free parking
