Location was fabulous to downtown, room was comfortable. Loved the seating on the balcony. Happy hour and homemade breakfast was wonderful.
The only reason I didn’t give it a 10/10 was because of the window coverings and the light that came through on the two windows facing the side garden. We like a dark room to sleep in and unfortunately there was a lot of decorative lighting in the garden that shone through into our room through the blinds. Other than that we loved the place.

The location was great for having a toddler. We were close enough that when he went into meltdown mode we could get back quickly to the room. It had enough space to put up his pac n play for bedtime and mom and dad got to sit on the balcony. The staff also gave us a little extra food for happy hour for him to enjoy. They took great care of us and I’m incredibly grateful for their kindness. Traveling with a little one can be really hard and overwhelming so having that kindness really made a huge impact on us.

Location is great and amazing staff

Breakfast and happy hour were a bonus and we enjoyed having a room that opened to the garden
The tv didn’t work well. It would loses signal all the time even in the middle of a show

Anything very good

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. All of our needs were met. The breakfasts and happy hour snacks were very good. We loved the ability to communicate through text messaging, and always got immediate responses.
It would have been nice to have a sitting / reading lamp in the room instead of just those on the night stands.

the breakfast basket was a great touch
we will stay with you again
no it met all expectations
I would like to see an upper deck but enjoyed the lower deck

The private pool and the beach
I was disappointed with the breakfast.

The room was clean, comfortable and any requests we had were fulfilled immediately.
The stairs because my husband has trouble using them, didn't realize when we booked it. Also would have liked a better pathway to the beach.

The staff was nice, as well as the location. The breakfast was a perk, but not a selling point. The design of the room was pleasant.
I didn't see value in the facility. The rooms were extremely small for the price. I had to fix the toilet the first night because it was constantly running (I didn't bring it to their attention because it was so late). There was a computer left on in the office that was constantly whistling every 15 seconds one night. We got back to the room later than the office hours, and I eventually figured out how to contact the manager to get a fix. Our room may have just been very inconvenientlying located, but it was extremely loud. There was a patio above our room with tables and we could hear every step someone took above us. And as mentioned, we shared a wall with the office, which was also very loud. Lastly, the parking situation was laughable, at best. I mostly chose to park in a street meter spot in front of the site, roughly $20/day (IF it was available). The only other option was a lot that was located a long walk away from the site, in a dingy lot, shared with other B&B sites. Not even slightly ideal. We chose this location as our honeymoon location, and we were a little disappointed, to say the least.

Great location to walk historic district
Understand the trolley rides get more expensive as the day goes on so buy tickets first thing in the morning to save $

We have the breakfast baskets for both mornings, and the food was excellent. I was also surprised to arrive to a bed decorated with flowers for Valentine’s Day, as well as strawberries and champagne.
We did not get to use the pool as there was no privacy for that area. I also did not like the fact that we were downstairs and the whole time somebody was upstairs, and it sounded like a stampede.

We enjoyed the location of the Saltwater Suite, which is a short walk to Vilano Beach. We also enjoyed the daily breakfast basket delivery.
The Saltwater Suite is cute but the description should note that there is no sink in the kitchenette area. Also, the description of a heated plunge pool is pretty confusing and it should be clarified that the pool is heated by the sun only. The description noted that the pool is heated to approximately 83 degrees as long as the temperature outside is 65. During our stay the temperature remained well above 65 degrees but the pool was much too cold and unusable.

On one of the main streets, not private courtyard

It was ok.
The bathroom, after taking a shower? Water was all over the place. No pool, no garden tub. No variety in the food. $400 a night? I expected so much better.

Super clean room - great happy hour delights - bed just right comfort and very quiet. Parked our car and we walked everywhere for 2-days - great restaurants nearby, museums, and the historic downtown was just blocks away. My wife & I highly recommend this wonderful B&B in St. Augustine!

The pool and the bed linens were super soft.
I’ll start with we found the posted pics were misleading, we thought we were staying downtown and this particular cottage was 2 miles outside of town. the bed was squeaky and uncomfortable; pillows were like sleeping on sand bags; the coffee pot and microwave control panel & handle were not clean upon arrival. the bathroom sink leaked and soaked the extra towels stored underneath and when we tried to call the after hours number, it went to a voicemail box that wasn’t set up yet. the worst part was hearing people above walking around like thunder from the moment we arrived and then again starting at 7am (which again didn’t realize there was a 2nd floor until arriving). this cottage was far from private. although the pool is only allocated to you, the neighbors back porch light beams into the area like a spot light. There are curtains however they were useless on a breezy night and kept sliding open. it also open to the allocated parking spaces and the main road.

Loved everything the girl working that night was amazing and quickly brought us an extra blanket since I said we were still chilly it was SO cold this night. The only thing we weren’t to amazed about was the size of the room and the comfort of the bed. It was also very noisy since bed seemed to be older and mattress was a bit uncomfortable however for the view and the location wasn’t horrible the staff itself was superb! breakfast was small but delicious! We had French toast and fruit, coffee and orange juice to our room at the time we requested. Thank you
Comfort of mattress wasn’t the best and free parking is pretty far thankfully I was able to park on street near hotel but wasn’t told this till I asked.

I liked the isolated location, but the weather didn't allow us to enjoy the location (Being walking distance to the beach, the pool)
The rooms were very clean, well appointed
* We were a little confused. Didn't realize we booked so far from town, but it worked out fine. It took about 45 minutes of driving around to find the downtown location, to find out we had to go outside of town to get to the hosue, and even then it wasn't quite comprehensive. Perhaps sending the sheet with directions BEFORE we leave would have saved us some time.
* Never had a hot shower. Unfortunately, the bells and whistles didn't pan out, becuase no one cares about all the wall jets if it's not hot enough!
* Breakfast was cute...and very appreciated. The "dish" meals were ok. creative, but not all that edible. I do appreciate how much food was provided, just incase the entree didn't work out. That was great!
* The walls were super thin, and heard every step, cough, baby cry, conversation. That was most disturbing.
* If only the pool had a "hot tub" option...it would have been a real treat to jump into a hot tub on those cold nights
* We stayed 2 nights, and then 2 more at the Hampton Inn, which I didn't realize was right down the street...but comparatively speaking...the accommodations were much more spacious, quieter, and cheaper at the Hampton Inn.

Friendly staff
Good location close to main town but not too close
Nice touches of drinks at 5pm etc
Good Covid protocols
Limited wardrobe/drawer space for clothes
UK visitors don;t get the SMS service from the hotel to keep up with breakfast/happy hour drinks news

the ocean views were amazing, the space was clean, quiet and relaxing
the sliding windows didn’t open. I wanted to open the windows for the ocean breeze, that’s why I looked for a property on the ocean to stay in for our anniversary, not to big of a deal but the tv didn’t work, the internet connection didn’t work and the jacuzzi tub didn’t work either, breakfast part of a bed and breakfast should have been described as a continental breakfast.
