Would not stay here again

We did not eat at the hotel

The bed was extremely bouncy. When my partner rolled I woke up and same thing happened for my spouse. Although the bathroom sink etc was clean. The wall around shower was gross and the trim at the gfloor and door jam was gross.

Alles war sauber, das Personal freundlich und höflich.

Das Frühstück ist extrem schlecht. Es ist zwar umsonst, aber lieber sollte das Hotel gar keines anbieten, als diese Beleidigung an alle Lebensmittel.

Bom café da manhã e limpeza da área da recepção muito boa! Estacionamento amplo.

Area para as refeições muito pequena. Limpeza e conservação dos quartos e hall dos andares muito precária, precisa de uma renovação geral dos andares e quartos. Odor de mofo.

I would come here again. I felt like I got a good deal for the value and location of this hotel. Staff were excellent.

The location, lots of parking.

There were 5 pillows but all of them were the size of couch cushion, although they were soft and comfortable. We stayed on the 5th floor and only one elevator went up to the 5th floor. It was annoying because we had to send the other of the two elevators that are there up before we can get the only elevator that goes up to the 5th floor. I would stay here again but I would request not to stay on the 5th floor. The breakfast was also not impressive but still decent.

La máquina de hielo no funcionaba, pocas toallas, las cerraduras con tarjeta fallaban , lo peor de todo fue el desayuno. Y el check out era solo dejar las llaves en una canasta razón por la cual no obtuve el recibo y tampoco me lo enviaron por email

Excellent value for our hurricane stay.

Limited light breakfast, but very good DIY waffles. Comfortable king bed, room size a bit tight, but adequate. Sound barriers excellent, as the hotel was completely full and there was no noise issue at any time. Bathroom and closets are fine.

Location right off highway was convenient

Too many cockroaches. My wife and I took turns sleeping so one of us could stay up and watch our kids. We had to keep killing and removing roaches from their bed and our bed also

Wasn't bad.

Room was nice - could have been a bit larger

Someplace to sit other than the bed or a desk chair would be nice - able to hang more than one towel would be nice. Breakfast was the same every day - reviews said it was different but it wasn't - fresh fruit other than an apple, maybe some Danish - scramble the eggs now and then instead of just frying them.

1. my room door would stick and was hard to open from both sides 2. pillows are too small and too soft 3. someone else’s hair in shower 4. hot water for the shower in the bathroom didn’t work, luckily I had two showers and the one by the front door worked 5. The elevators broke not once but twice during my stay. I had to carry all my luggage down four flights when checking out. 6. furniture was worn and needs to be replaced/refurbished 7. the coffee was terrible, it smelt really bad and tasted like the machines need to be cleaned

Definitely would stay here again for business and even pleasure

The clean smell when you walk into the lobby. How nice housekeeping kept my room (506). They ensured I had enough shampoo/conditioner and towels which was great since I was working in an office. The room was a little loud since it faced I-275, but I still could sleep because I was tired, but the room also had the blackout curtains. Spacious room. Bed was fine.

Breakfast. Not sure how a sausage patty and egg patty (since it was a flat egg) are considered a hot breakfast. I would have liked bacon or potatoes or scrambled eggs. Something to show it was fresh and not microwaved from frozen because the first morning, my sausage was ice cold in the middle.

This would be the last place I would stay on a return trip to St. Petersburg!

We had a roof over our heads.

Everything else. We arrived to find the king room we had booked was on the 4th floor and the elevator was broken. The only alternative we were given was to take an ADA room with double beds on the first floor at the same price. The floors in the room were filthy leaving black residue from our feet when we stepped into the shower. Breakfast was already being removed from the dining area 20 minutes before the posted end time of 10:00 am and what remained was basically inedible. The woman at the desk on our arrival showed no concern about any of our inconvenience.
