It was good .. no problems . Staff is friendly

Had a problem with the key card .. it did not work .. counter person did help with activating a new one right away and sent the maintenance person to my room to check the battery.. it was OK .. no problems after that .. I have stayed there before and would continue to stay again in the future .. great location and staff is always friendly and room is clean and comfortable….

Friendly staff, good value and clean overall.

Had to go to the second floor to get ice since the ice machine for the third flor was broken, breakfast was grab and go but the choices were horrible, processed foods like muffins, sausage nd egg frozen biscuit. could’ve offered cereal, fruit, or alternative foods other than factory packaged microwave food. The bathroom had a square panel that covered an area under the sink which had the actual plumbing pipes and that cover fell 3 times exposing the piping and raw cement floor. Not nice to look at and let alone having to touch that to close the hole.

The place was run down and going through transition. I canceled1/21-1/22 when I arrived.

Boring and sad, could find better somewhere else.

Not a whole lot…the fact that it was close to where we were going was helpful.

The pool and hot tub were green, like they hadn’t been cleaned, or weren’t maintained. The rooms around us were noisy. Toilet hole was way too small and the seat moved, sketchy. Shower pressure was just about nonexistent. The carpets were unfinished, lifting up in places because it hadn’t been put down correctly or was done in a rush, and some of the old carpet was seen, just unpleasant to look at. Wi-Fi didn’t reach our room, which was upsetting because when I booked the place it said I would have internet which was a very important part to book here, also one of the reasons we left a day early. The staff were friendly but seemed very uninterested in any issues we had. Won’t be coming back and would not suggest.

Spa pool. Good efficient staff

Our room smelled of stale cigarette smoke and it got worse the longer we stayed to the point we asked to move rooms for the last night. The hotel looked tired and in need if a refurbishment and repair.

Easy access to property, dirty run down rooms, dirty pool but super friendly staff.

The staff was very friendly.

It was filthy, run down and I am fairly certain I wound up using the previous patrons used towels. I was so grossed out walking in the floor and putting my luggage on the sofa. I pray the sheets had been swapped out.

There was a pool and hot tub. 1st room was very clean and comfortable.

The second room the sofa bed was uncomfortable and dusty. The bed wasn't comfortable either.

The location was perfect for my needs.

The location is perfect for my needs as UHEALTH is just on the next street.

The room smelled musty and it was hard to breathe in there. The sink was clearly old, stained and the faucet could use updating. The entire room and carpet could use some updating. It was decent and served the purpose for my visit but certainly time for some updates.

I have pictures of our stay. Upon check in we were greeted ok as the days went by the staff got more and more hostal, they would put out of order signs on the vending machines so the customers would go into the lobby to purchase a 16 oz soda for $3.00 instead of a 20 oz for $1.50. A .42¢ soup you can get @ Walmart for $3.00. We were really kicked out over $2. I was washing laundry I started the washers went back to my room did not realize one of the washers did not start. When I went upstairs to throw the clothes in the dryer that is when I realized the washer to the right against the wall was not working I went downstairs to talk to the lady in the front when I walked in she was very snotty I explained to her the situation she said the washer to the right I said yes ma'am the next day when I went to pay for the room for another week the girl at the front said she could not renew our stay. So instead of the manager of the Boca suites asking us what happened he came banged on the door and kicked us out told us we had to leave, then as the hotel next door the Best Western is affiliated with vocal suites they have free breakfast as Boca sweets does not offer that however in the lobby it says breakfast they only serve coffee and juice from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. they don't offer much they should be offering the same as the Best Western upon check in the clients should receive a ticket like they do at Best Western to go eat my boyfriend and I spent over $2,000 at the Boca suites hotel we will not recommend this hotel to anybody they get a zero star from us. I also felt creeped out by one of their maintenance staff who kept staring at me constantly every time he saw me making me feel like I don't want to leave my room. They are very rude and have no customer service skills .This will be the first bad review I have ever left on any hotel. I would not even recommend this to my worst enemies. The lady at the front desk actually yelled at us and we got kicked...

Toliet did not work no one came to even look at it

Location

Rented a room with 2 queen beds and got 2 full beds the toilet stopped working at 2pm on Saturday I called the front desk they never sent anyone to fix it we checked out at 7am Sunday morning.
