fast check in and breakfast was great
they are under renovation and there is loud noise from 8am to 8pm every day. They didn't tell you this normal they lower the rates at the time you book. also parking is pre paid this year. There are newer hotels around the outlet for less price and newer beds and rooms.

Breakfast was good and the location was too
I didn’t like that they was remodeling why we was there and it was so loud we couldn’t sleep and that’s the main reason why we came too get rest if I had known I was have canceled my stay.

The breakfast buffet was delicious and well stocked. Happy hour was also very good and it gave us something to do when it was raining out so we didn't have to go out. The rooms were spacious but could use some upgrading.
I did not like that I had to pay for parking as well. That was the main thing that I did not appreciate. Especially with paying for the hotel.

The lobby area was well kept. Bar staff was friendly.
Rooms were outdated and smelt heavily of mildew.
The manager on duty when we were there was very rude. We were with a large group and he keep yelling at the kids in our group even thought there were other groups of kids doing the same thing . We were unable to enjoy our time in the lobby because he kept starring at us.

The location was good. It was clean. Had a unique lobby area.
They turned off the water in the middle of the day to do maintenance which was a major inconvenience to us on our limited time in Charleston.

The location was near the airport which we needed. It wasn't in a nice area for anything else, but it served its purpose. It was a large place and had plenty of space for hanging out or walking around the hotel.
The hotel was kind of old and run down. Two different elevators were broken in the time we were there which was less than 12 hours. Our shower was disgusting with black sludge coming out from the drain and the grout. The pool was cloudy. The staff says yes to things but do nothing. There were six of us in a room that sleeps six, but one of us was sick so i asked for a rollaway bed or cot twice to keep that person isolated and they said they would bring it right up. They never did. The third time I asked it turns out they don't have rollaway beds and never planned on accommodating us.

Convenient location. Spacious rooms.
In bad need of updating. The QR code posted in the room takes you to a generic page. No info provided such as menus available for room service, etc.

Overall, it's a good hotel, very clean room. The breakfast buffet and cooked to order omelets were wonderful. They have an evening reception as well. The hotel is close to shopping and restaurants, Easy access to the interstates you can go anywhere in Charleston with realtivy easy. I will definitely be back when in town.
The pool is not available due to renovation. It was a bummer they did have a work around, but it requires you to go to another hotel and use their pool. Rooms are a little dated, and some small issues like trim missing nothing that is a deal breaker. The hotel is next to a convention center so parking can be tight when there's a concert scheduled.

I booked a king suite but when I arrived I was told there were no more kings available and they only had double rooms and they wouldn’t change the price.I was told breakfast started at 6 and when we went down at 6:30 , I was told by someone someone near the kitchen it start at 7:30am on the weekend ,so we had to go find food cause my daughter had a soccer game at 8am. We had the do not disturb sign on our door while we were gone and room service still came in. And I hated that I had to pay $10 each day to park my car. I honestly will never stay here again

The bed was so hard, hallways were so loud all hours of the night, there was no hot tub in the pool area like we saw in the pictures

Location. It was nearby a lot of places to eat. The breakfast was extensive and it was good. They have an omelet bar each morning. It was quiet, no issues even with people hanging out playing games and drinking down stairs. I liked that they had 3 elevators to support the traffic. Check in was awesome. There were 4 employees checking people in. The bed was very comfortable and sheets were clean and crisp. Downstairs bathroom and common area, very clean and was monitored constantly by staff. It felt like a very safe and happening spot.
Room was musty and smelled like mold. The shower was not clean when we arrived. The air conditioner did not work. I turned the temperature down all the way to 60 and it was still hot in the room. I was miserable and did not sleep well at all. There was old and outdated furniture in the room, including the carpet. Lobby kiosk area was very limited and not a lot of selection. Bartender each night was kind of a tool. He was over serving a few customers that should have been well cut off before we arrived. It is a bartenders job to monitor that and cut customers off as necessary. The individual was loud and a little belligerent at times. The last day, Sunday, breakfast was not open until 7:30. It was 7:24 and I went to grab a banana while they prepared the hot breakfast. I was yelled at in front of everyone that breakfast did not open until 7:30. Water in the room went from cold as ice to scalding hot. There was no in between. I burnt my skin on my hands a few times. I just really did not feel comfortable in this room and I would have left to stay someone else if all of my friends were not booked here as well.

Spacious, clean rooms
Our flight arrived 45 min prior to check in and we were starving! The staff would not allow early check in nor was their restaurant open until an hour after check in. A little flexibility would have been nice...or even some complimentary snacks

The location was very accessible to everything we needed..When we didn't feel like driving, Deon, the transportation driver took us to dinner.
The Happy Hour was right on time with light snacks but I had juice and fellowship..
Tabitha was very professional and patient..She worked hard to accommodate the customers with a smile..She also extended her hours.
Ms Judith, supervisor of hospitality took the time to speak to us and help with any needs.
I didn't like when the elevators were down but it was just a short time
