housekeeping and front desk management needs better communication.

the location of the hotel in relation to the amenities of springfield

Housekeeping was rude, there was even an incident where housekeeping barged into our room without knocking or any awareness of entry then proceeded to argue with us about if we were allowed to even be checked in or not

Comfortable and will stay here whenever I’m in Springfield

The staff was very friendly the amenities are very nice.

The property could benefit from some remodeling but what the have is well maintained

Amazing staff

Staff was amazing! Food was good.

On the side of the bed there was a huge coffee stain, unvacuumed by the walls/bed/corners,scuff marks everywhere. Place just needs a real good cleaning and paint job

There was no stay

The pool and spa were not available which was the only reason we chose crowneplaza. The staff however were excellent. If we weren't going especially to celebrate my fiance's birthday and the main reason for the hotel choice being the pool and spa we would have stayed the lobby was beautiful and the woman at the register desk was wonderful

The amenities pool/ spa unavailable. Would have been nice if that information was available before booking. We were dropped of by an Uber and could not get another for quite awhile .

Mediocre at best

The lady at the front desk, younger lady. She was amazing but the old man that checked me and was a douche bag.

The fact that I had to change room six times because of no AC. The pool was closed due to a crack not listed on their website or on here. Breakfast was not included like it was supposed to be.

Ok stay, but not worth the $.

The staff were friendly and accommodating.

There were several drops of blood, used bandaids and clumps of what appeared to be human hair all around the pool area. The water was murky and just plain dirty. The shower in the room was dirty and needs some repairs.

Room wasn’t the best, supposed to be a non smoking room… wasn’t!! The bathroom sink didn’t drain, ceiling paint peeling off, hanging…. Second floor bathrooms were dirty….. toilet paper all over floor…. bugs on floor, smelled awful! Not quite the stay I had anticipated!!

I’ve had better experiences at Super 8

The toilet did not flush properly so someone had to come in and fix it right after we got in the room. The room was dirty. The ice machine was out of order on our floor and no one seemed to be interested in helping us to remedy the problem. In a hotel such as the Crown Plaza, I expected much better conditions. It’s highly unlikely that we will return. The only bright spot was that the manager discounted the price of the room for us.

Crowne Plaza is a nice place to stay that is off the beaten path but not too far from where you want to be.

The property was pretty clean. the staff was very polite and accommodating.

The room was nice but it was a little dusty as it may have not been used in a while. Nothing to really complain about because I would stay there again.

With some deep cleaning and bathroom updates, this hotel would be a great place to stay!

Nice spaces for restaurant, bar, pool areas.

The rooms could use some deep cleaning. The bathroom could use some updating too.

I don’t think we will be going back anytime soon.

The location was fine and the gentleman who helped us switch rooms was great.

The lady who checked me in, never made eye contact with me. The first room we were put in, the AC didn’t work so we moved to another room. The AC didn’t work in the other room either but it was midnight and my kids were crying needed to go to sleep so we were just hot. The entire toilet was about to completely tip over. It was loose and wobbly when you sat on it and the TV didn’t work. For the cost of the room I would expect much better than that.
