Very comfortable

Location and cleanliness

The shower! I realize conserving water is the best interest but my wife not being able to rinse her hair out because the water pressure is non existent is the problem

Average place. For the price, I'm sure there are better places to stay.

comfortable bed. easy to check in

Water fixtures, (sink and shower) were loose but functional. Room appeared to be clean but not tidy; lots of things out of place. Hallway floors on the third level were loud and creaked, maybe due to thin carpet and padding. Very average breakfast. Attached restaurant expensive and not so great food; felt like a fast-food place.

Clean and Quiet

It was quiet. The breakfast was tasty.

The parking lot light was bright and in our eyes all night. The drapes did not close and the sheets did not provide blockage of the light or privacy.

No Value Stay. Go somewhere else.

The hotel is run down. All the quest rooms need their windows replaced. Glass falling out of the frames, open to the outside air. Staff moved us to another room per our request. Windows still bad.

Run down hotel. Highway noise.

Staff was nice and helpful ….rooms were roomy and clean…

The workout room ….the water cooler had sand in the water…..and it looked like it wasn’t used either…could be updated

The best thing I can say about our stay there was that it’s in the past.

Not much.

Clerk was surly during check in, beds were broken down and horrid, sink faucet was broken, room was not thoroughly cleaned especially the microwave which was completely filthy with blown up, crusty nastiness. Horrible experience.

Superb

Very nice hotel - convenient location just off the I-15, nicely decorated and clean. Comfortable bed/linens and and plush towels. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We were pleasantly surprised by how good the breakfast was. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Disappointing

Location off highway

Bathroom faucet was loose and we were afraid it would break off if we pulled on it just right. When we arrived there were mattress stacked in the hallways in front of our room and we were worried why they were being traded due to something we didn’t want to know about…so we questioned what we were going to see when we opened the door, but it was ok and clean. The walls were thin and someone above us was jumping up and down on floor. Hot tub looked yellow and there was soot as I stepped into the hot tub. Also a guy drinking beer as he sat with his feet in the hot tub, even though clearly shouldn’t have had alcohol in the area. Breakfast was ok but the muffins were like day old muffins and crumbling and dry. Sorry, but I won’t stay again.

The breakfast was good. The staff were friendly. The hotel was clean and in good repair. There was ample parking. The location was pretty easy to get to from the Interstate.

The floors sounded hollow. Even when I was trying to be quiet, I could hear my footsteps. This can be a challenge in a multi-floor hotel. Thankfully, nobody complained, and we didn't have anyone above our heads, but it could get kind of noisy.

Comfortable and pleasant.

Good variety of things for breakfast. Everything was clean and well maintained. Having a hot tub and pool is nice.

There wasn’t anything not to like. It would be nice to have cheese slices available at breakfast so a perfect breakfast sandwich can be made. A larger hot tub would be nice as well.

Good place for an over night stay.

The breakfast was non existent. Cold scrambled eggs and cereal as options. No waffles and the coffee needs work.

Absolutely, wonderful!

Everything was great! The view from the room was spectacular. The room was extremely clean. The room was large and very accommodating. I would rate this hotel as 10/10.

I do not have anything negative to say about this hotel! My only suggestion would be to have the hot tub a little warmer.

If I have to say something negative I guess I would say boring, predictable, easily forgettable but that's not all bad.

went for a little staycation and enjoyed it thoroughly!

I liked my room lay out- king size bed with a nice couch. I also enjoyed the mini fridge and microwave. Gave me some options instead of eating out every meal. But I did enjoy the breakfast in the morning and I hit the restaurant one evening for dinner and some margaritas.

This is silly but I wish that there was a bathtub and there were a few stains on my comforter. nothing major and it was a very enjoyable stay overall.
