Hot day in Ogden and no pool !! Made the best of it with our grandkids

Bed and room were comfortable- breakfast was decent.

The fridge was very small and the door didn’t stay closed - big deal when you are depending on it . Pool and hot tub was being worked on - they called on the morning of our reservation to let us know - we were given the option to cancel - big disappointment since we were travelling with children- very hot It would have been nice to have patio furnishing

This is a beautiful well kept location. Just a pleasure to stay here.

Good locATION for visit with nearby family. Breakfasts were very good! My only complaint was no one removed used towels and replenished towels. When I mentioned this at the desk, she said i was told at check in that I needed to request additional linens or bed make up. I was not. She then pointed to a card on her desk and indicated it was also in my room. Card explained this policy. There was no such card in my room. Also, mattress was way too soft.

I have not traveled since before covid, so not up on policy of specifically requesting additional linens. NO CARD OR NOTIFICATION OF THIS POLICY BEFORE HAND.

The fact that they take cats. Eva the receptionist was very nice and helpful!

Not really set up for cats. The cats can get under the bed. It's pretty dated but comfortable.

the entire overall 2 night stay was FANTASTIC. 10/10!

The location. Friendly staff.

Toilet handle was loose, causing it to continue running or flushing itself. There was small black ants in the bathroom the first night. Would like to have had t.v. channel availability on paper.

The woman at the front desk was very rude then she didn’t take the time to see that we had already paid and she charged us double and when we brought it to her attention she was still very rude even though it was her mistake.

They charged us for two very small dogs, which I was not expecting. I have never had to pay extra at any other motel!

We visit Ogden every month cause we live near flaming gorge now but are from Ogden.

Breakfast was good.. but some bacon served along with sausage would have been nice.. I can’t eat sausage but my daughter loves it..

A couple really dusty spots like the headboard of the bed looked like it had not been dusted In a while.. but overall pretty clean and comfortable

This place is exceptional it's more than a motel and Jeremiah's restaurant next door, with the same ownership has very good food at reasonable prices.

It’s a good location and always clean.

Whoever was cleaning the room next to us was quite loud. I know they didn’t know the reason for us staying there, as it was medical. I was preparing for a medical procedure and was up all night. I tried to get some sleep in the morning before we left but it was very difficult because the cleaning staff person was constantly slamming the door next to our room.

The staff was very night. The locate was great from traveling the next day.

The sheets were not soft at all, people were smoking outside and it just came into the room and the room smelled not great. The shower was not hot at all. Luke warm at best.
