Beautiful property but needs better commodes.

Great location. Room was clean. Had everything we needed.

Bathroom toilet was constantly backing up. Requested a plunger and used it several times during our stay.

Big rooms with full size refrigerator, microwave, dishes and dishwasher. Two TVs. Very clean, convenient to both Durham and Chapel Hill, and well prepared breakfast bar, typical of this chain.

it was not smoke-free, had to switch rooms die to smoke smell. the second room had stains on the wall, in the tub, and an inch of dues on baseboard in bathroom

Enjoyed our stay! I love that the suite has a kitchenette and stocked with essentials. Suite was comfortable and clean

The only complaint is the beds are a little too small. Would have preferred a queen size bed, but other than that everything was great

had a good time other than that hateful lady at breakfast

Had a great stay on our way to the outerbanks. Only fault we experienced is this hateful grouchy non professional staff (one lady) at the breakfast bar!!! So rude and disrespectful to everyone she encountered. I immediately noticed and was going to voice my opinion to her but didn’t. So to rude to children which is why I think she doesn’t need to work there. She kept huffing and blowing like it was her worst day of life!! So that said she needs delt with. Im sure all guest eating breakfast noticed the same negative attitude!! No suitable at all!!
