Would definitely stay here again next year incredible value for money

Location, price, value for money were all excellent, the comfiest bed I've ever slept in.

Kitchen facilities were a little dated however they were ok, should of had free water in every room, not just in reception.

Good option if you're going on a cruise

Good option for an overnight stay. Free shuttle service from the airport and free breakfast, that was really great. Our port shuttle also stopped right outside the hotel, very convenient location when going on a cruise.

The hotel was rather run down. We were 4 people in a room, but the sofa bed was not so comfortable and rather small for 2 people. It was nice to have a kitchen, but unfortunately it had left a bad smell in the room.

Good stay

Free shuttle was a definite plus since we didn’t rent a car and needed to get to and from the airport. Breakfast was pretty good. Cleanliness besides the hair in the shower.

Very good

Staff was friendly and helpful, room was comfortable. Had a nice patio area and plenty of outdoor seating. Nice area with lots of nearby restaurants and a lake to walk around.

We had extra time and looked forward to a day at the pool but it was so dirty. We put our feet in but opted out of swimming. It was so bad we could smell a foul odor on our skin as we returned to our room. Very disappointing.

Just for the breakfast and thats it.

Everything was good.

Just they need to change the breakfast. Soo one day scamble other day was mini omelete with cheese. So they just need to add a little veracity of eggs lets say scamble plain tomorrow scamble with veggies. Next day the omelet i stay for 10 days the breakfast the same. Thats why. I talk to a few of the guest in the Landry area and most of them where staying the same amount of days that i was staying at. So its a bit not so good for 10 days having the same thing over and over.

Disappointing. Wouldn't stay again.

The Grandchildren liked the breakfast.

I booked the hotel because of the airport shuttle. We couldn't get hold of the hotel once at the airport so had to get a taxi which cost $25. I had requested the sofa bed be made up before my arrival. It wasn't. The reception were not interested. I found bedding in a wardrobe and slept on the sofa. A rather expensive bed for the night.

One night..10pm till 7 pm..shuttle took one hour to get to terminal C..staff were all great

Breakfast didn’t start till 7:30..I needed to take a 7 am shuttle..no coffee available.. very clean but room showing age..sofa was torn with stuffing coming out of the seams

Superb

The room was very well equipped, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was adequate. Staff was friendly and hospitable and accommodated us with both an early check-in and out.🙂 Will definitely stay again.

Overall we were satisfied with our stay and we would consider it again in the future.

Size of the suites was good for us. Fully stocked kitchen, good quality soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Only 2 sets of towels. We needed to call for additional towels, they didn’t come up and we had to call again 45 minutes later. The door to the bathroom and the door to the bedroom wouldn’t close properly. Airplane noise was higher then we expected.

This is an excellent place to stay

Spacious, clean kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Breakfast was very good.

The bed mattress was quite uncomfortable. There was a loose tile on bathroom floor.

Hands down the best!

This literally was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. 2 adults and 4 kids in a 1bedroom suite with a kitchen and all (could easily sleep 7). We were all very comfortable in the room provided. Staff was amazing and welcoming. We arrived 3 hours early due to plane getting there at a certain time. The Lady working the check in counter was super welcoming and wasn't annoyed that we were early. She seen there was a room clean and available and checked us in immediately. The shuttle picking us up from the airport was prompt and friendly as well as the 3am ride to the airport the very next morning was on time and he was really friendly. Smoothest transition to the airport and prompt. The experience was over the top. With food close by with delivery options as well. Definitely will stay here again. We stayed at the Ramada next door prior and was very unimpressed. This place is my new go to if any are around the next location I travel! Hands down the best so far! Also for a Saturday night and 6 of us, the $200 room was beyond worth it.

The side of the room are great, the bed comftable but the corporation should take all the carpets out in install ceramic

The property is great because is few minutes away from the airport…the room side great double TVS bed sheets super clean, bathroom needs updated and carpets of the room have to go, they stink awful!!!

The property in the second floor has a horrible smell, like a wet dog, its really bad, there is little ventilation in the hallways. we stay in room 213 what a night never again, the smell of wet carpet was the most disgusting smell ever..

Wonderful Hotel

Amazing full suite with a great layout. Perfect, location with easy access to the airport. Very good breakfast with plenty of seating.

Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy it more. No negatives from me.
