Location
We didn’t had internet, it was terrible. They asked for $8 per day per cellphone, when you travel internet in essential. Also, the kitchen doesn’t have anything, not even a plate or a cup.

Location was good, although, you didn't have breakfast in the mornings.
Your company double charged me for my room. I paid $511.80 on line. Then, you charged me another $496.00. The kids running around like they had no home training.

Facility’s were great for the price and the staff were great.
Unfortunately, there was a couple next to me in 225 that was loud. I complained the first time and the staff took care of it. Unfortunately the morning I left, they woke me up super early and there was no staff present. Kind of ruined my stay.

It was close to a lot of places we went to very easy to find.
Not a lot if verification on what or when to do things. Like getting towels and bedding. We needed toilet paper and had to wait till 9am or after till someone came in. They ran out of trash bags, like seriously there is a store on every corner and in between. I’m sure they could have bought enough till the next truck came I’m sure corporate would have paid them back. Who to call if your Tv don’t work or the remote??

The location, is closed to restaurants and night life, In the meantime is a quiet and relax place.
I stayed in the 2nd floor. I went to take a shower and there was hair, lots of hair in the bathtub. By the time I got out of the room, it seems that dogs where loose in the halls and they did there business there. The smell was horrible! Also I requested a 1st floor when I booked, and it was not honored.

The place smelled like mildew covered with fresh paint and industrial cleaner, but still mildew. The water in the shower had an overwhelming chlorine smell, I showered and felt like I just got out of the pool. There Is absolutely no late night staff, a lot of people yelling In the building and the parking lot all night til past 2 am.

I really liked the location of the property it was literally a 5 minute drive from SeaWorld and aquatica which is where we spent our whole vacation and I liked the fact that it was so close to a lot of different restaurants.
the pool could have been a little bit bigger with a little more space was expecting a good size pool with the size of the hotel. but other than that everything was good.

Very dirty, smelled, and had bugs. The Assistant Manager Don checked two different customers into rooms already occupied. A customer came in while I was downstairs and asked for a key to room 118, without hesitation Don gave him the key, no I’d required??? I had 3 rooms as my adult kids were paying for their own rooms. After one night I told Don we wanted to leave and move to La Quinta next door for the remaining 3 nights. Before I checked out I wanted to make sure we would get a refund as we were at a non refundable hotel. Don assured us we would receive a refund for the 3 remaining nights. He also apologized for all of the issues.
I called Don the next day from Disney World saying my girls were really stressed as they had not seen the refund on their credit card. Don laughed and said, tell them not to worry, enjoy their vacation and we will get it handled. A few days later I spoke to the GM George who also assured me we would get a refund. One month later, emails to them, multiple phone calls, and 2 calls to Choice Hotel corporate we still have no money. After many conversations with Don over this past month, one week ago he completely switched gears and said to me, I never told you there would be a refund, we are a non refundable hotel. I said Don what kind of Customer Service is this? Don said “this is not Customer Service it’s Hospitality and at the end of the day the customer is Never right.”
Senior management has ignored my emails, there is a case on file with Choice Hotel corporate which the hotel has also ignored.
For the last month I have been filled with stress and anxiety trying to get our money back. I will be writing them a very harsh review on Yelp. I am contacting their Parent Company as well, my kids and I need our money back.
Any help Bookings.com could offer please would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you Jeff Crayton

The bathroom was really nice and modern, and the AC was cold.

The location is perfect. This was my first time in Orlando. It was the perfect location for all my budget friendly adventures. It's in walking distance to the Chocolate Museum, an affordable gift shop, DaSilva Steak house, dunkin donuts, and Ihop. It's close to the Premium Outlet, Universal, Icon Park (Ripley's believe it or not, wonder works, Ice Bar, Pointe), Disney World (if it's in your budget), Fun Spot, and a host of other activities. I found the front desk staff courteous and helpful. George, and unfortunately I forgot to ask for the names of the other man and lady that worked the desk but they all were awesome. I had a great time and would recommend this location.
The only problem I had was my late or early morning check-in (2:00 am). My plane arrived at 11:59 and we were unable to get a lyft for over an hour. Once we arrived it was hard to reach anyone on the number provided on the window.

The location
The front desk clerk was the RUDEST person I have ever encountered at a hotel. He should be FIRED!!!!! The noise was beyond tolerable. If you want peace and quiet---DO NOT come here.

Friendly staff only, Don ! He did well
None of it. The blankets were paper thin. Cost too high . No housekeeping. No breakfast. No front desk service from 11pm-9am. Hotel smell like dogs. Guest loud. Bed uncomfortable, pizza were flat and old.

If you don't mind about cleaning, that's your place. Once you put your feet in there, you start to feel the "smell" of something rotten, either on the carpets in the hallways, in the elevator, or in the rooms. Not to mention the headache I have to get my money back for a double charging from Booking.com and Woodspring Suites Orlando. I'm still struggling with that. If you want to ruin your trip, use Booking.com and stay at Woodspring Suites Orlando. That's my tip to you 😉

They could have had a room for me. I did not stay there because they were overbooked and I had to go elsewhere. I also have a problem with Booking.com charging me for a canceled reservation when I canceled at the advise of the hotel manager. When I looked on the website I can't find your customer service number or e-mail contact access. I am owed a refund by Bookings.com.

This location was relatively close to the conference center.
The suites are home to many families who are living in the accommodation. This makes the place very noisy (TV could be heard ALL NIGHT LONG). Staff were at the checkin 9-5 only, so very little chance to get assistance if you are using the apartment as a base for work. Cockroaches are not appreciated either!
