Que no ponen ningún producto de cortesía como gorras para baño pasta de dientes agua por el precio les faltó esa parte el personal muy apático les preguntabas y no sabían nada . El desayuno más o menos

Muy cómodo para descansar, buenas instalaciones y buena ubicación

la ubicación de fácil acceso, la atención del personal en turno de día, ofrece buen descanso pues las camas y almohadas son cómodas, las instalaciones están en buen estado

el desayuno creo que podría tener un poco más de opciones, además de que en nuestro caso dejaban de servir huevo y tardaban un ratito en vlver a servirlo, creo que necesitan tener más staff dedicado a esta parte.

Excelente opcion para viaje corto de fin de semana

El desayuno esta basto con base a la relacion precio calidad, la ubicacion no esta centrica para la mayoria de las tiendas te tomara entre 15 minutos a 20 maximo, el gimnasio esta acorde a la relacion calidad precio, cuenta con algunos restaurantes de comida rapida a 5 minutos caminando y varios bares cerca por si amerita la ocacion

Tal vez buscar la manera de contar con mas mesas o espacios para el desayuno porque en ciertas horas se ve sobrepasado de gente y las instalaciones no son suficientes , contar con amenidades durante la tarde como el cafe que tienen pero con algunas galletas

Cuidad hotel en remodelación y no lo notifica en la reservación

La ubicación del hotel

Hotel en remodelación, se debe notificar al reservar ya que llevaba niños y estos sufren de alergia con el olor a pintura y polvo en los pisos. Adicional no se tenía jabón y champú en baño, al solicitar a recepción se negaron a reponer.

Excelente ubicación para ir de compras en mcallen

Desde la amabilidad en el check in, hasta el desayuno el cual está muy bueno. Especial mención para Anthony quien me ayudó en repetidas ocasiones con pequeñas situaciones que me facilitaron la estancia. Lo recomiendo bastante para estancias familiares

Due to ongoing remodeling construcción the fire alarm went off between 6:00am and 6:30am We had to wait outside until the all clear after 7:00am.

Overall it was comfortable but I will probably choose another hotel for my future stays in the area.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Like the fact that the fitness room was open 24 hours.

Not enough soap available, the bar soap were these small bars that were not enough to wash with. The controls on the a/c unit were broken, it functioned but I could not adjust it all. The bathtub, you could not switch between bath and shower as the knob was stuck. The breakfast was very subpar compared to my other stays at other Hampton Inn locations as well as the coffee.
