The receptionist was like a robot, no smile, not welcoming, she pretty much looked miserable working there!

Convenient location, accommodating staff, clean.

A/C was way too loud and lobby/ breakfast area way too small/ crowded.

Breakfast the best

Everything the breakfast first time i have eating breakfast included that had flour tortillas, egg and chorizo, and beans wow it was delicious for a complete breakfast

I liked everything i only they had hotels that aminals are not allowed.

Everything. Quite homely, clean, and comfortable. Near the hospitals and about a mile or 2 from everything you need in the area. Staff was amazing!

Over all everything was good. Loved the breakfast & location!

No room service on the 2nd day, was in need of fresh new towels. Pool & hot tub water was dirty. Asked if they can higher pool temp water because even on hot days it’s too cold to enjoy!

Staff was very helpful and professional. The hotel itself is beautiful both inside and out and the room was super spacious😍 I loved everything about my stay, unfortunately I had to cut my stay short but i will be back soon.

We absolutely loved the suite. The only downfall was it wasn't like the photos but we did make it work. The breakfast was really good & it was comfortable.

The only thing we didn't care for was the room not having the suite set up that was in the photos. It showed there'd be a separate room closed off by a door and overall very different set up which we would have preferred due to having a baby on the trip.

location was a little difficult with two La Quntia at the same property/block location. went to wrong one first.

the building was clean, looks modern, the room has everything we need, they provide with Dove products which I love. breakfast is included. all the staff was amazing

the breakfast room was very small and the back door was always unlocked

The room was very clean and comfortable, tv was a little smaller than what I expected, but it was a great stay anyway. The staff was really friendly, would stay again!!!

Just the TV that was smaller than other hotels that we have stayed,,but it really wasn't an issue

Centrally Located and excellent staff

Place was clean, but a few sand spurs were in the carpet, alas, I found them and cleaned them up...haha, breakfast was wonderful, bed was comfy.

The room above us had extremely squeaky floors this went on til after midnight and started by 6 am..
