The staff was exceptional. They went out of their way to accomodate us during our stay
Doesn't apply...we had no complaints

Insgesamt war es okay. Das Bett war bequem. Aber Ohrstöpsel mitbribgen.
Es war nicht besonders sauber. Insbesondere der Boden wurde sicher länger nicht mehr feucht gewischt.

Nothing much
Filthy outside our room by door area. Found a massive clump of dark hair in our room and a couple of large clumps of food

Accoglienza eccezionale. Classico Motel americano con posto auto davanti alla camera. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Colazione SUPER.
Camera poco luminosa, ma è un piccolo dettaglio. Tutto perfetto.

Breakfast was lackluster. Location was nice, but there was a train that came thru every 20 minutes or so. This should be stated, so that people know they aren’t going to get any sleep here.
The bathroom was dirty. I found someone else’s hair on the toilet. The towels has spots on them as well as the bed sheets. Shampoo was provided, but no conditioner. The bed and pillows were lumpy and terrible to sleep on

Breakfast could've had better quality muffins, or Danishes, reg coffee could've been stronger.

Room was ready
Complimentary breakfast consisted of coffee and bagels, no juices, no other fruits. Disappointing.

The place seemed to be updated. It had wooden floors which was a nice change from the traditional carpet.
The toilet got clogged, but the staff was friendly and we had a plunger in no time.

The price was great! And location is not to far off the highway which we liked since we were traveling. They had the best shower I have ever had at a hotel.
The floors needs cleaned very bad. Breakfast was a flop barely had anything, small stale muffins, cereal and bagels, etc.

Very clean and comfortable, continental breakfast better than expected.

Good location, close to downtown, i40, and some outdoors areas for walking/hiking. Room was pretty nice and clean.
Door to room didn't shut or lock all of the way from the inside.
9.0
Location was very conveniently located for everything we did in Flagstaff. Mostly I liked it being easy to access I-40.
Door to the bathroom was so heavy and had trouble with closing and opening.

They had renovated the rooms, which was great! Pet friendly, & really nice staff. Appreciated guests following ‘quiet time’ especially with pets!
Only downside is not stating the cost for pets up front on website while booking. Found price from searching stating $15 per pet, per night, but was $25. We appreciate pet friendly, but need to know cost up front.

Bed was comfortable, good moves, seems quiet in the room location I was in, staff was nice and helpful!
Bathroom was not clean, there was hair all over the bathroom floor and in shower, as well as hair on all the towels I received. There was a nasty bar of soap left in the shower along with a half used bottle of hair shampoo. There was food crumbs all other one of the beds that I had to clean up. Other issues I experienced, sheets smell like perfume or scents so clearly sheets are not changed, lipstick and makeup on the billow case. I usually travel and stay at this location for work every three weeks but since the cleanliness is such a issue I may need to look elsewhere. :( Floors need mopping as well! My socks turned completely black from walking on those floors.

Good breakfast. Quiet and convenient.
We were in a disabled room. It was farthest from the office, where breakfast was served.

Check-in was easy and the guy at the front desk was very nice and personable. The room was pretty much clean, and the bed was comfortable and had a lot of pillows, which I love! Complimentary breakfast was good with a choice of cold breakfast or hot, freshly made. No problems with anyone else at the motel, noise was minimal, except for the trains that passed nearby often. This didn't bother me though, the trains passing though added to the vibe of Flagstaff and was really just a dull rumble and soft clickity-clack.
By the way, if you play Pokemon Go, it was nice having a couple of gyms nearby and one PokeStop! :)
I could hear the occupants of the neighboring room every now and then, but it wasn't anything annoying. I may have gotten lucky that they were all pretty much quiet and considerate. I can imagine if it were otherwise, the noise would've been a problem with the thin walls.
Everything was clean, except for the shower floor. There were curls of hair all over in the corners.

Great location, friendly, helpful staff. Close to everything we needed to see & do. Close to downtown and great memorabilia for Route 66. Clean and well maintained room with good lighting!
No complaints!

The room was nothing fancy, but it was clean and met all our needs.
Parking was a bit of a bear, but we were in a large U-Haul ou

It was on Route 66
1 Very minimal breakfast using paper plates and plastic cutlery
2 The price. On Thursday I was charged approxmiately £100, on the Friday and the Saturday the price increased by approximately 66% to £166. This was for a bog-standard room and very minimal breakfast. The following night I paid for £100 for a very, very clean and comfortable room at The Best Western Casino Royale in Vegas. Absolutely no match.

Location & coffee in the lobby for guests all day/night.
The bed was like sleeping on concrete (2 queen bed room)
