Yes was awesome
Nothing I liked the property

Our room was great because it had a nice little porch and was right near the pool. Front desk had lovely people that were very helpful.
It’s not luxurious, but quaint/cozy

I went out of season two days after a trip to and before returning to Madrid. The best hotel of all along my hole travel with the one in Philadelphia. They gave me a map of the area and they recommended what to visit. Free parking with spacious rooms with everything you need, and excellent value for money to visit the area. Do not hesitate if you are looking for a good price at a reasonable price, five stars go from me.
No brekfast, but not a big problem

The property double booked my king room so I got downgraded. They reduced the price, but it was not worth it because in the end, the room was half the size, had items left from other guest (so dirty), and amenities that should have been included were not (breakfast, porch, coffeemaker). They did throw in a bottle of wine at my request, but that was before learning breakfast wasn’t available even though it is listed on their website. I reached out to the property over a week ago and have not heard back.

Good location. Quiet. Free parking. Good and easy WiFi connection. Host gave me some good advices to visit Southampton.
Hotel did not respond to my questions (through Booking.com and email) the week before I came.
Hotel close at 9PM (It's OK to close at 9PM but booking tell 10PM, please just write the right information on Booking.com).
No response and wrong information gave me stress that could be avoided with a simple little response. Thanks hotel...
I did not have the king size I reserved (I had a double queen size beds).
Room is not clean. Honestly the toilet and shower were clean. I think the bed also (even if beds were both stained). But I found a dirty sock in my room, some chips on the nightstand, a grilled chestnut on the floor. Room was really dusty. A lot of dust on the television right above the coffee machine. A lot of dust on the ceil lamps, on air vent and on air conditionning system. I literaly bought household products to do the housework myself. I could have asked the hotel to clean my room but I think they know about the dirtyness of the room, dirtyness is obvious, they just don't care.
The shower was terrible. 95% of the jets had low pression and 5% of jets had very high pression. Which made the shower really unpleasant and even literaly painful. Probably too much limestone in the shower head. I held myself the shower head into white vinegar during one night to remove limestone.
At the end, the hotel should thank me to leave my room much more cleaner than I found. I travel a lot and this is the first time I do the housework by myself.
Also, this is a good thing to have a powerful light outside (for security reason), but the blinds let in a lot of light. The room was really bright during the night. I had to find tricks to avoid this...
Hotel, don't try to reply to my comment to make it look like it was an accident. Dirtyness is obvious. The dust I removed was not a one-week dust. It was here for months.

Guests were smoking strong Marijuana outside their room & coughing up a lung for over two hours. 7pm-10pm. Awful!

Sorry they have no breakfast any more they don't tell you this until you there.
You can hear everything from the room next door on both side of the room.
And let me tell you can hear everything if you know what I mean.
