Good

Did not like that I was charged before I got there. Ants in the bathroom. Staff friendly but for I didn't sleep for the 2 nights bc the people ubove us were horrible. Not happy and would like a refund.

The people above me ruined our weekend. We didn't sleep at all bc they were so LOUd and rude

The cleaning lady was very wrong and unprofessional

I loved this property Till todays departure. Very clean rooms, The staff was very friendly the first few times I stayed. I am very disappointed at management for allowing a nasty little girl to lie and charge me a smoking fee when I never smoked in the room, I even stayed back from the door in the rain so I didn’t get smoke in my room.

The cleaning lady said my room smelled like smoke and charged $200, and to be 100% honest I never smoked in my room. I would never do that. I cleaned my room to the t before I left, threw out the garbage, I wiped everything down, I put everything back where it was found. I did way more then I should have and to be told I left the room smelling like smoke is a huge lie and it’s not my character ever to be disrespectful. I really liked this place and have stayed there numerous times. I tried to contact the manager, Melissa but I have not received any reply.

Friendliest hotel staff in the Hamptons

the staff were amazing! they upgraded out group to a larger room at no extra charge which was very useful since we unexpectedly had two children with us. the staff were super friendly and helpful, they knew everything that was going on around the area and had wonderful suggestions! can’t wait to stay there again!

All in all a good stay. I Next time while choosing my room I will make sure the bed is comfortable.

Location was good. The road in front of the hotel was loud but they put us in the back of the hotel in front of the pool which was very quiet. Check in was great. I requested a quiet room on the upper floor. They showed me 2 available rooms and let me choose the one I prefer. Rooms were clean, bath room was clean, shower had a lot of water pressure and large with a big walking closet. Wifi was fast. Unfortunately, I was there in November so could take advantage of the huge looking pool. I was very surprised when I got there to see how big and clean the rooms were considering the price I paid.

The bed in room 225 by the bathroom was very uncomfortable. The center of the bed had no support and was worn out.

Great stay….looking forward to coming again!

The location was great and the room was extremely comfortable and spacious.

I wish there was a microwave in the room. There is a mini fridge that was perfect yo store snacks and restaurant “leftovers” but no way to reheat them. We stayed 3 nights and that would have been a huge help for us.

Good location for a Hamptons visit. Has a pool and tennis courts.

Room air conditioner delivered mold smelling air. All my clothes smelled like sick mold after my stay. Hard to sleep with AC off and bad smell with it on.

Nice green area and pool surrounding the hotel. Charming landscape.

Pool was not clean, very old paper thin doors, and bathroom needs major uplift. Hotel run On one Ukrainian gentleman. No breakfast available.

Location was good, had parking passes for a few local beaches, spacious room, good outdoor area

Firstly, we constantly got towels for only two people even though we were three. even when I asked specifically for more towels they did not give me a full set. and the towels need to be changed! they were so thin and worn out! Pool was full of pollen and did not look clean. bad water pressure in the shower. Room was not clean. Floor was super dirty. found black hairs on sheets and towels. found trash from previous guests in the room. hairdryer was broken. it had melted and not been changed. also, deadbolt was broken.

It was a cold night and the bathroom was rather cold, we could not make the bathroom heater work. The heater in the room was fine.

It would have been good stay without the bad experience at the front desk.

We stayed on 2/19 just for one night with our little dog. Checked in around 7pm, the guy at the front desk told me that pet fee is $39 instead of $29. Despite my explanation that I have confirmation from the Atlantic and Booking.com in writing, he didn’t even care and insisted charging his price. He didn’t even say hello or no greeting at all. Very poor customer service and uncomfortable experience ruined our stay.

Super no-frills motel close to Southampton Village

Large rooms, decent pool and lawn area, ample parking, close to the Village. Definitely could not hear the highway as many guests stated, we were facing the side parking lot and it was quiet.

Rooms need a refresh, there were cigarette hole burns in my comforter, maid looked panicked when I asked for two extra towels - we were a family of four - saying she would get in trouble for us having four towels. Towels were about a decade old. There is no continental breakfast offered as was stated in the description.
