Decor was beautiful. I was very surprised how nice it was.
10.0
Very conveniently located, very nicely kept up, wonderful pool and spa area…we were lucky enough to get a room on the first floor that had a little gate out to the pool area
The only negative I could possibly say is the ceiling in the shower had a little bit of mold as I don’t think the ventilation in there is very good since the window does not open

The fireplace and one log to burn. The breakfast
The staff at check in were horrible. They were very rude. I cant believe they work in customer service because they are the rudest front desk workers at a hotel that I have ever encountered!!!

This property has been totally renovated and is an excellent hotel. It is modern and was great value!
Breakfast could include more variety.

Das Zimmer und die Zimmergrösse waren sehr gut. Der innenliegende Pool und Spa-Bereich hat uns sehr gut gefallen.
Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr klein im Verhältnis zur Hotelgrösse.

Comfortable bed,
Room size
Most towels were plush
Location is great
No lobby - due to remodeling
Noise - our room was near pool door-you should find a way to silence this entrance. Very loud in our room.
Bathroom sink area was dark Wall mirror light did not work. Maybe see if housekeeping staff could check them
Thank you.

The carpet was soaking wet. It completely soaked my socks, and I definelty didn't want to go barefoot. The room was really outdated and very worn. Including popcorn ceilings.

Beautiful room with 2 comfy beds in white on thick mattresses with hot tub and pool steps away in a lovely garden setting. Fridge in room and bath nice too.

Excellent hotel in a prime location in downtown Sonoma. Close to lots of restaurants, stores, art galleries and wine tasting cellars. Very spacious room, comfortable bed, impeccably clean. Nice pool and jacuzzi, lovely garden patio.
Service was a bit unfriendly, there is room for improvement.

5.0
The location is hard to beat, walking distance from many town square hotspots.
The room was filthy when we got there - my feet turned black walking across the floor for about 10 minutes. We never asked for turndown service because on day one we saw the cleaning staff preparing to go through guest rooms, and 3 of the 5 we saw were visibly ill, coughing and sneezing on everything. No masks among the staff, even those who were clearly sick. No noise policies enforced in the center courtyard, even late into the night - there were several packs of middle aged, deeply inebriated guests screaming on their central balconies and pool area, absolutely BLASTING music up until about 3am each night. The front desk staff was nice and attentive, and the facilities all looked great but between cleanliness and how hard it was to actually sleep, the overall experience was not enjoyable.

The hotel's appearance overall was attractive, with trees and plants surrounding the building and the inner pool area. The room was quiet, spacious, and very comfortable. Breakfast choices were more than adequate. The location is walking distance from the square and from the events we attended. Having shops nearby was a plus.
I prefer to have a brighter level of lighting available in the room. (Lighting in the bathroom and sink areas was just fine.). The parking charge was modest, but it would have been nice to have it included.
7.0
The room was fairly large, bed was comfortable. Nice kitchenette
the property is a bit cramped, and I could not check in until 4 p.m. which caused me to be late for my event. Also, it was hard to find parking. In addition, getting to the jacuzzi and pool was difficult. the breakfast room was too small.

The bed was very comfortable. Pool area is nice although we didn’t use it.
No ice machine and our hair dryer didn’t work.
5.0
Nice pool area. Friendly staff. Location was nice and close to town. Very clean.
Family room 130 has a lot of windows so it was a little bright in the morning and loud with people in the parking lot. Couldn't adjust the temperature lower than 68° and it stayed pretty warm in there. Especially when you want to come back from a long walk around town in the heat of the day. Would not recommend this room to anyone.
8.0
spacious room. good partial view.
No elevator. had to climb stairs which were not located near room but required a long walk on the upstairs corridor. Forgot to request my usual downstairs room. Like a lot of hotels, food is packaged stuff except hard boiled eggs. not as good as it used to be.

got overcharged by £4 on my credit card after I left
