make the rooms smell better it’s smell like mold and very old upgrade property

the guy that help us was friendly

the room stink and it had mold in the shower and the lady I’m guessing it’s his wife very rude my husband loss his phone if I paid my money we just wanted to check the room her attitude I will never go back.

we needed a room with 2 beds and it fit the bill, without costing too much. was what i expected.

not overly expensive and fairly close to where the event was being held.

refrigerator in the room made a fair amount of noise, which made sleeping a little more difficult than it already is, sleeping in a strange bed.

Exceptional

I loved I was able to check in quick and get some rest in a clean environment, room. It was a surprise but I came back from a long day at work and my room was cleaned which made me happy.

The place was was better than expected. It's a budget motel. No fancy amenities. It was very quiet. Extremely clean. Great location. The manager/owner (I'm not sure) saw me having issues with the stairs (hip ussues) and said next time to call them directly and they would get me a first floor room. If I ever have reason to stay in Tomball TX again I will definately use this motel

horrible experience. rude lying thieves for owners.

We asked for a first floor room because I'm 9 months pregnant. we're given a 2nd story room anyway.. the breakfast was a joke. there was 1 banana coffee and old looking honeybuns. The room we we're given was hot upon entry and smelled terrible, took forever to air out and cool down. didnt complain as we wouldn't be there long and I'm not one to be rude. left the room immaculate upon check out. 3 days after leaving a $50 charge comes up on my card. I called to ask about it and they said it was because someone smoked marijuana in the room. they are lying thieves. don't go there unless you want to be uncomfortable and stolen from.

Horrible don't come if you like a Clean sanitized hotel!! Covid is very real!!

The hotel lady was very cold when. When I asked about the top lock she said can't you just use the lock at the bottom. With attitude 😒 🙄.. the rooms weren't thoroughly cleaned. The floor was dirty . I had to mop the floor myself. For this dirty place the price is not worth it.. I also had to disinfect the place myself.. there was old 🥦 on the restroom counter as well

Very pleased!

Very clean. Front desk guy was great!

No fridge, thought I was getting queen size beds. Still plenty of room and most IMPORTANT was VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE!!

Only 2 towels in the room when the reservation was made for 2 people. Needs a coffee pot in the room

Made a bad choice, but was forced to stay due to the nature of my visit to that city.

Not much, really. There wasn't anything that made me think it was a good choice. Car wasn't vandalized and we were'nt assaulted.

It was kind of run down. Rip in the couch, carpet worn and badly in need of a shampoo. There was a sour smell to the place as well. We oped to skip the shower and wait until we got home.
