Room was OK
Arrived they had the booking but claimed it was unpaid.
I had to call yall. Was not helpful I even shows her my credit card recent transaction.
Could not get yall or speak to a person because I did not have a pin
Then suddenly they found it was paid and proceeded to check me in
My check in from entry was a disagreement for 20 minutes in an empty reception area.
I will never ever visit that hotel again
Rude barely spoke English spoiled my stay from the beginning.
Terrible terrible terrible
Rude people.

Didn’t feel safe. During my stay in the middle of the day there was a woman scream, calling for help inside of some room. Only after 30 minutes since scream started I heard a lady from the front desk was talking with someone and man’s voice said “sorry about that “ but women continue to scream and asked for help. it was horrible experience

It smelled like disinfect. This is the most positive thing I can say about our stay.
There was MOLD in the fridge. Abysmal customer service, the individual was rude and not accommodating, they complained that ‘my children were loud’ but would make no effort to hurry along the process of giving me a key so that they could go to sleep (there’s zero insulation so sound echos). Stayed there because it was somewhat close to the renaissance festival, i think camping would have been more comfortable. Oh my god and the lighting… feels like you are in an institution.

Clean room and its a no frills but good value, and easy check in and out. We had a group there attending a show and it worked out well..
high smell of cigs in the hallway and better breakfast.. but maybe put out freshers in the hall or breakfast area

There wasn't really any breakfast

Whole property was very clean and neat. Room was immaculate with all necessities. Great value.
Nothing. One night stay.

The rooms were at least clean
The staff was not friendly nor hospitable. She even did weird things like follow us to our rooms. Apparently, they must have lots of issues at this place as they have signs about weekly renters and how to accept payments...just felt like I was staying in a drug motel. So, maybe the staff is just used to the local crap and is hardened by it.

It’s proximity.

The room was a nice size and appeared to be clean.
There were many extra fees. They charged a dollar for a second room key. They charged for extra towels and pillows. The king bed had three pillows. A fourth one would have been nice.
The noise from the family who ran/owned the hotel was horrible. They didn’t quiet down until well after midnight.

The room was a good size. That's about it.
I will never. EVER come here again.
But let's start from the beginning.
Upon entering, a glass wall separates you from the desk clear, as if there needs to be physical separation from you two. I could barely hear the woman on the other side when I was asked how many were staying with us. She seemed a little firm and mean, but I blew it off. Maybe she had a hard day. I was wrong there.
The room was fine but stupidly hot when we got in. Fridge unplugged. A light switch for EVERY BULB, which isn't a huge deal, but it was super unnecessary. A weird smear on the wall looked almost like a poop smear. One package of conditioner that doubled as shampoo (just added to the don't-care-about-guests vibe later).
After dinner, halfway up the steps, I hear a woman screaming for me to wait, and when I look back, the woman at the desk is running to the steps to chase me up. She asks how many are in my room. Two. I was confused, but then she proceeds to demand how long they were staying. Apparently visitors aren't allowed (wut...). She wants to charge $10 per visitor per hour, then after some back-and-forth, I decide we have guests now because their visit is more expensive than paying the extra it cost ($78) for them to spend a weekend with us.
We were ushered out of breakfast room at nine sharp as if we were eating the cereal they provide on their dime instead of having paid for it AND MORE.
Paying extra to have visitors? Being chased up stairs because we HAVE visitors? No. The people who run this place were rude, unwelcoming, and entirely disrespectful. The woman even pushed aside (not physically) my husband when he asked for extra towels because she had someone else to check in. They came inside after he asked her for the towels. WE'RE GUESTS TOO. But there was no respect or patience for our needs.
There was nothing welcoming about this stay. The extra charges were RIDICULOUS. I'll pay a little more to be treated like a human.

Easy access, shower worked well & bed was comfy.
Property description had no mention that there was no elevator, or I completely missed it. The mini fridge in the room did not work, and there was water pooled on the floor in front like it had just defrosted. There was also something grossly ancient in the freezer compartment. The bathroom had a twitching, dying roach. The bath linens were thin and there was only two bath towels.

It was convenient and quiet.
Breakfast nook was tiny. Included breakfast was cereal and pastries only. We ate at the Heirloom Cafe down the road. Would have preferred rooms were carpeted.

Well managed and spotless, served it’s purpose well for the price and convenient location to Renaissance Faire in Magnolia Tx
only issue was have to take stairs to second floor no elevator available but it is only two stories tall not much to gripe about.

Clean. Great value. Ideally located
Cigarette smell in the Lobby was strong the day of
arrival but seemed less on subsequent days.

Cabl TV when finally got it to work and shower
Charged me extra for a double bed room when I booked a king non smoking. They were sold out of rooms and only had a smoking room left even though my reservation showed non smoking. Very upset because they wouldn't waive the extra fee!
