Location.
No room darkening curtains, bed was horrible, so uncomfortable. There was a snowstorm, they didn’t even bother with putting down ice melt in the parking lot. I’ve had multiple hip surgeries and they said on my way out, oh be careful out there. For the price I paid, I’d expect more. I’ll never stay there again.

The location was convenient.
The bathroom had hair on the counter and floor. The bathroom didn’t have a toilet paper rack. The tissue was sitting in the counter.

The hotel was clean.
This hotel is next to two sketchy hotels. Sketchy enough for two police officers to be set up each night and patrol the neighbor parking lots on foot. I didn't see hotel security at our hotel. Police just advised to be sure to take everything in.

the beds were very comfortable. the staff was friendly and the facility was up kept .
I think the bathrooms could be updated to match the rest of the facility . I also feel like the bathrooms could have been a bit cleaner .

The hotel is beautiful. The rooms were typical, clean and comfortable.
When we checked in the desk clerk wasn't there and there was a lobby full of people waiting to check in. She came back with her food, which it was about supper time when we got there, but she knew what to do when she got behind the desk and got everyone in. The location is tricky to get into if you aren't sure where you are going, even with gps, as the hotel sits is back off the road a bit.

The bed was very comfortable, and the room seemed cleaned
The bed made huge amounts of noise. Every time I rolled over and moved, the showerhead barely trickle water out of it. I had to shower in that in the morning.
They gave no conditioner. I feel like a Karen but the amount of noise that that bed made every time I turned over or moved was insane. I paid over $250 a night for this room. It was at best, a two star hotel.

The location
The cost was unbelievable $20 a person for breakfast way over priced .you could hear everything the door was not sealed. You could see outside the door into the hallway. It was very loud there was a lot of construction going on. The staff was absolutely wonderful. They were very heartfelt. They found out I was there because of a death of my father absolutely wonderful staff

The staff was amazing. The place was very very clean, and the bed was very comfortable.
I didn’t like the fact they’re putting in vinyl floor. It made the room very cold, and you can hear every noise.

the hotel restaurant was closed for the weekend. I understand Sunday was a holiday. maybe they could have been closed just on the actual holiday.

The room was an average 2 bed 1 bath reasonably clean hotel room as you can get anywhere. It had more than average number of charging ports for phones and the like.
It was warm and the a/c was running and it was pretty noisy, even when idling. Even when we turned it off it made some noise but bearable.
There was an alarm clock that had so many light up features it light up the room at night! We unplugged that.
The next day, after being out all day we came back and the room had not been serviced. I called and was told "due to covid, rooms are only serviced on every 3rd day"!!!!!! Covid?! Then we were told that they had been trying to get ahold of us because they needed to move us to a different room because ours was scheduled to be renovated and "the new room would be freshly renovated and serviced."
When we got to the new, virtually identical room, we found the bathroom lock didn't work and a cabinet door was hung so crooked it wouldn't close unless you lifted it about a half an inch.
At least the air conditioner was silent when not running in this room.
When I told the people at the front about the issues they offered us another room but we were checking out in one more day and didn't want to bother.
We still had to unplug the overly bright alarm clock again.

I didn’t like the pillows because they were to soft, I like ones that are more firmer. the tv channel list had ‘no information’ so didn’t know what I was watching until on that channel.
