Swimming pool was a bit cold.

Great location off the freeway
Didn’t see handicap parking by the entrance

Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was better than expected. Having options like pre-made breakfast burritos and sandwiches as well as a cooked-to-order breakfast at a Starbucks was a pleasant surprise.

Nice room and good area.
The beds were too hard and I ordered queen size beds, but they were more like full size beds.

Despite the hotel being quite old, the rooms were quiet. The staff was friendly, very attentive, and caring. They changed our rooms without any issues, even though the initial rooms were next to the elevator shaft, and the elevator was very noisy.
The air conditioners were very noisy. Most likely, they haven't been cleaned in a while, as many from our group, including myself, started experiencing allergies. Turning off the air conditioner provided some relief. However, due to the cold weather, it wasn't possible to keep them off, so many of us had to rely on allergy medication.

Facilities we great, location was good for our purpose (aquatic center) and the room was clean and well appointed. The guy at check in was amazing. Several groups checked in at the same time and he was calm and efficient.
Nothing to not really like.

Comfy, clean room with great bed, comforter, pillows. 2 bottles of water and little water flavoring cubes. Big tv screen. Nice shower. Tony Roma’s in hotel. (Didn’t go, but would be convenient.). Nice pool and whirlpool.
Only Showtime free. Netflix needs your own subscription. More coffee packets. I could’ve have asked for another, but didn’t want to hunt down/bother housekeeping. Too bad breakfast would’ve been extra.

Beds are to soft. Pillows way to soft. Lighting was great although a night light in bathroom would be helpful.
Breakfast??? Should have be included.
Extended my stay for a second night because I enjoyed the first night. No housekeeping at all on second day. No fresh linens, beds not straightened up, trash not emptied and extras not restocked.

The convenience to everything and that they accommodated us with having a walking disability. Also liked that they respected our not cleaning of room each day and we earned bonus points for doing so!
There was no microwave in the room!

Location is not in a busy area. The facility is new and decent size of the room
The staff are not helpful. We asked for towels and the receptionist has a bad attitude and said there is no available person to bring the towels up so we have to get it ourselves down the lobby. I requested a room that is further down the hall since I have a newborn and a dog with me (he tend to bark at any noise and my newborn is sensitive to sound),I also asked to be close to my sisters room, when I checked in the front desk assured that my request were all taken care of but our room was in the middle of the hallway and my sisters room were at the next level. I understand that the request is not guaranteed but they they never told us this up front. Overall, the facility does not have good staff and guest rapport and clearly they are understaffed.

It was okay in general
The pool was dirty
I asked for a room with one bed but they gave me a room with 2 beds

The staff is very rude and unprofessional. The room service was requested every day of my visit and has not been cleaned once. When I called the front desk they said It would be cleaned first thing next morning... Came Into the room late in the evening to it being exactly how I left it. Trash is full, no bottled water, no clean towels. I called the front desk again and they said I would have to walk downstairs to get clean towels... wish I would have known that when I walked in! And this was all on my birthday... yes, thank you Delta. This will be my last stay here.

It was kind of confusing about where to park for check in We had to drive around the building a second time

Room was clean, but very cramped. When it was cleaned they did not replenish the items we had used, but we were charged the same for each night's stay. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The cramped room. No microwave

The hotel was nice.
The room given to us was too small, where the air conditioner was
located next to the bed, which made it uncomfortable to sleep.
Kind of ruined the next two days of our vacation.

It was shelter from the rain.
The hotel isn't as nice as the pictures, needs a bit of TLC, the ice machine on our floor was not in service, the bed was very uncomfortable, like sleeping in a pit, just sank into a low spot. Overcharged me for an extra night. With a price of $160 per night with no breakfast, seems a bit excessive. Took 24 days to get the overcharge refunded, I called several times, was told that Grace was the only employee at the hotel who can handle overcharges and she refused to answer 3 emails and was never available when called on the phone. I had to get my bank involved to get my money back.

Not much
Breakfast cost money, the rooms seem cheap inside, and one of our televisions didn't even work upon arrival

Room- super clean
Breakfast- We had breakfast outside as we thought it was included in the price. My husband on the 2nd day went to buy the breakfast ticket, but at that time there was no front desk.
Bed- super, super comfortable.
I have no comment on that.

Check in was easy when I first arrived, I only met one friendly staff member but upon trying to purchase my breakfast voucher I had to wait because there was no staff at the counter and once in the dining room the cook rudely told me to give him my buffet voucher and snatched it from me.

Room was covered in human and dog hair causing me to not be able to sleep from the constant sneezing from the animal dander and hair. The animal hair seemed to be constantly blowing out of the AC
