Comfortable stay. Definetely recommended.

Our King room was very comfortable for 2 people. It was very nice to have a small living room and a desk. Our room and overall the entire hotel was very clean. It's a good location to explore Tampa if you have a car.

The breakfast they serve was very good but the downside is it was very crowded and not enough tables to sit for breakfast, you basically had to sit in the sofas at the reception lobby.

With the aforementioned negatives, overall it was a good stay.

The proximity to restaurants, malls, and downtown.

The cleanliness needs work. A property sporting the name Hyatt should be exceptional; whether it’s a Hyatt Place, Regency or Grand. When you enter your room, it should be an experience. A good experience. The carpet and living room furniture was in need of a deep cleaning.

All and all this was a wonderful hotel

The location was perfect for heading the airport the next morning. The pool was clean and the palm trees around it made for a nice relaxing afternoon.

The breakfast wasn't very good. The eggs were like water and the fruit was hot. It was free so we had a bagel and hit the road.

The hotel was an enjoyable part of our stay.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was so convenient to everywhere we had to go. The staff was above pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was great and always being replenished so if you came at the end, there was always plenty of food. Parking was free!

The bathroom was a little small. It could use another grab bar on the shower wall.

Awesome place to stay

Very Nice people at your front desk. And the little girl that was on second chef did not catch her name but she was very well-mannered and helped me through the week that I stayed there with you. She's sure really knows how to do her job. And I would give her a 10. Over and over and over, I can say she was.the best

Very nice hotel and room

Breakfast was good. Location was convenient to get around to our destinations Most importantly we like the room layout and configuration which is consistent with another Hyatt we stayed in Minneapolis. Although worth noting the finish is starting to look a little worn but. Nothing serious. Just showing it its age a little. Otherwise great room.

What you couldn’t control. The weather. It rained for two straight days. But having that type of hotel room made it much more comfortable and pleasant having to stay inside more than usual.

The hotel advertises an airport shuttle. After waiting and calling the hotel for an hour to be picked up from the airport, they admitted they don't have a shuttle.

It was a very short overnight trip before our early-morning flight but it met every requirement!

Extremely welcoming front desk staff and very professional. Rooms were huge and very clean. Comfy beds!

Clean, pleasant, comfortable stay

We had just come from A cruise and even though we were super early(like 11 am) they got us into our room in no time. It was so clean, the whole place was! I would go again in the future to this place. It’s worth it to treat ourselves once in a while . Price was good

Es gab, anders als erwähnt, keinen Shuttle von und zum Flughafen. Man musste Taxi oder Uber benutzen. Auch kann keine Rede von einem vorhandenenen Restaurant sein. Man kann lediglich in der Lobby was trinken, muss aber, um was vernünftiges zu essen, in der Umgebung ein Restaurant aufsuchen. Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Preis-Leistung stimmt in keinem Fall. Das einzige, was stimmt, ist die Freundlichkeit des Personals.

Wayne was WONDERFUL!!!

Location to the airport, and staff were friendly. A special mention to Wayne who welcomed us into the hotel, after a very long trip, with iced water and went above and beyond to help us with our onward travel.

Good for short stay near Tampa Airport

The room is very big and clean. The actual room appeared more dated than the pictures showed on Booking.com. Despite the breakfast area is small, the food options are nice. The hotel provide free Uber service to Tampa airport. But the link they provide could not work with International phone number.

The location, while near to Tampa airport, have very few restuarants within walking distance. You need to take Uber to the nearby Intenational Plaza for shopping and dining.

Room not ready at 430 and concert was at 545. Could not change. Woke to roach on counter by coffee pot!! Not what I expected for $336
