An okay place to stay but needs updates urgently

It was a great getaway for my husband and I.

Quiet & comfortable.

The view was not great, and it was a bit pricy for an overnight stay.

I was very disappointed & will not return

oh…IDK. across the street from a chemical factory. Not so good.

Air quality in room was stagnant & smelt like mold. the toilet was filthy & didn’t flush very well. Only one channel available on the TV. quest sitting on the upstairs window with the screen off throwing left over chicken bones onto the walkway below & having loud conversation with others in the parking lot below. the continental breakfast wasn’t served on time. Coffee pot in room, but no coffee cups.

best part of this place is leaving.

we did not like a thing about it

exceptionally filthy. female underwear found on floor. clothes in drawers. paint less repairs in multiple spots on walks in room. old bathtubs outside of rear wall with plantings in it. hallway floors were soiled and stained everywhere. the reek of pot in stairwell upon our return. we will never stay here again. we didn’t even try the breakfast as we were discouraged after reading past reviews. had we checked reviews to start with, we would have never booked.

Very good

The price and convenience of the location.

We got in after midnight and had to fix the toilet that was broken. Also, my granddaughter ended up spending the night, and the fold out bed was not clean.

Will not stay here again.

The air conditioner worked and loved the mirror in the bathroom.

Beds were uncomfortable, room wasn’t that clean, carpet dirty, Wi-Fi in room didn’t work, only one key given. Price of the room wasn’t worth what we got, felt it was overpriced.

Glad it was just an overnight stay and not a long period of time.

I only like the bed and tv

I didn’t like how there was mold in the blow dryer, the side of the tub was rusty and nasty looking, the pull up thing that’s for the shower DID NOT GO DOWN.

Wasn't very clean

The staff was very friendly and was happy to accommodate.

I booked a NON SMOKING room and got put in a smoking room. The ice machine was broken, no cups for coffee or water was in room but the coffee maker was in there. Mattresses were in the lobby propped against the wall.

The reception clerk was great. He was friendly, fast, and pretty much everything you would want in a courteous hotel professional. We had booked a different hotel through Booking.com, but the hotel didn’t have rooms available because half the hotel was being renovated and, somehow, that information didn’t get passed on to the website. So, we ended up at Crystal Suites out of an unplanned contingency. We were happy that Crystal Suites had a pool. It was indoor and very small, but it was empty so we tried to go for a swim. However, the chemicals (especially in the spa) were so dangerously high, that you couldn’t even breathe in the room. We began to cough violently when we turned on the hot tub. And we would have suffocated to death if we had jumped in an attempted to swim there. We had to leave immediately.

The toilet ran intermittently for no reason throughout the night and was loud! They must be doing a remodel in stages, for the bathroom was update and recently remodeled but everything else was very old.

Nothing At All! The Owner Was Very Rude!

The Service Was Terrible, The Floors Are Disgusting The Lamps We’re Rusted The Floor Was About To Collapse, no Up Keep At All, def Do Not Recommend! The Tub Was Dirty The Sheets And Pillow Cases Looked As If They Never Were Changed They Had Stains The Blanket Had Holes In It, it Stinks!
