Did not live up to the expectations set by the ratings.

The waffles were good. The bed was comfy.

The ratings were 8.0. The attendant at the check in desk was not cordial. The room was smelly and damp. The AC dripped loudly all night long. TV and remote was not user friendly and desk staff had no idea how to use it. No channel directory.

Not as nice as last year, but still better than some

Room was (fairly) clean. Staff is always so nice

Shredded paper on the floor upon arriving, clearly hadn’t been vacuumed. Both beds looked to have been laid on after being made. Mildew on shower tile. Hallway smelled musty. Pool needed scrubbed (not just vacuumed for leaves)

Transit Highway Hotel.

Excellent breakfast. Very quiet and clean

Difficult to find due to lack of signage and drove around in circles through the parking lot. Could improve the parking lot lights. Pretty dark.

The place was smelly and not very clean.

The breakfast was good, the lady who worked the breakfast was excellent.

The beds in the room terrible, my back was killing me. Their was a problem with the phone in the room that it kept buzzing off and on all night.

The room had a European charm. so different from other chains.

we had trouble finding the entrance. the sign was in front of the building but instructions took us thru mall to back/side of building.

Would definitely stay again

Breakfast was very good. Lots of variety. Beds were very comfortable

Nice and would definitely go back again if passing through. Also, lots of restaurants around.

Lady at front counter was very nice. She immediately replaced the iron that did not work in my room. Lots of restaurants around the hotel. We ate at Longhorns and it was great. Felt safe at the hotel.

They forgot to put an ironing board in my room. Also, I found out there is a large bar on the bottom floor and this may get loud if they are open when you are there. Also, the handle on the bathroom toilet broke off unexpectedly, but I don't blame them for that as how could they know?

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Love the location and bbq restaurant. Everything was very clean and in working order. We will stay here again on our next cruise!

Alot of homeless and drug addict's outside constantly bothering you. Breakfast sucked. Horrible coffee and old muffins was what they had.
