Room clean, but in disrepair, questionable practices.

The room was clean, and the price was good. In room AC did not time off.

Visible water damage in the room (several locations) the towel rack came off while hanging a towel, and the ice machine was filled with muddy chunks early every morning (as though they dump the mop bucket in the ice machine drain, which is obviously unsanitary)

Good value, worth paying very little extra for extra comfort.

Room was large, clean with space to relax, armchair and small table thankfully received. Breakfast good including hot items, comfortable seating. Location excellent, several restaurants within walking distance.

All good.

Not horrible, but not great - room wasn’t cleaned properly.

My room wasn’t properly cleaned. There was a false eyelash on bathroom floor, headboard was very dirty. Countertops were dirty. Thin walls, could hear neighbor stomping upstairs and another neighbors tv, my door slammed into very time another person closed theirs. If it had been cleaner, it would have been just okay. Staff were very friendly though.

Should have been clean and free of debris from previous tenant.

Good place to stay with your family.

Room was clean, staff friendly, breakfast was very good for family's, overall it was worth the stay and the area is nice.

Relaxing and freezing cold pool

The rooms were great, plenty of space.

Pool was not skimmed recently and water was ice cold. They need a pool water heater in the Winter/Spring.

Location and cleanliness!

All the pigeons and pigeon droppings right outside of AC unit! Hotel needs to be aware of all the disease and health issues that poses, and I don't mean a few droppings! Not to mention dead baby pigeons. If possible avoid room on 3rd floor, other than that it was a good value.

The stay was just ok, probably would not stay here again.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Located across the parking lot to the Cracker Barrell restaurant. Did not try the free breakfast either day, but it did smell good.

There was a musty smell in the room, furniture was old and very worn. Reserved a room with a walk in shower, got a room with and handicap tub with shower heads, but the tub was very tall and very difficult to step over to entry and exit. Sunday breakfast hours should be extended until 11pm.

Short Weekend Getaway at the best spot in Yuma Az

Over all the suite was very nice and comfortable the breakfast was outstanding beyond continental after dinner we had some drinks at pool side also used the Jacuzzi which was outstanding, just the right temperature.

The only issue we had was that the pool was not properly cleaned so we did not enjoy the pool Pool maintenance should be done regularly to avoid trach & debris in the pool Other than that we had a wonderful weekend stay

Disappointing

I liked that there was many food restaurants near by

The front desk needs to be trained better , I came and the water for the hotel was off , and didn't k kw if my room was ready when I came hour after check in . As well as they forgot to have me sign paperwork. I decided to leave a night early and I didn't get a receipt or any information just asked for a room number and that was it . As well as my card got disabled before the end of my stay and wasn't told anything they just fixed the card

We have stayed there before and it was great, not so much this time with all the problems. Also, they told booking they

we had stayed there before and rooms were clean and breakfast was great. Huge assortment to pick from

we needs the room for my husband that is disabled. But once we were in the room it smelled damp. we realized the upstairs room was dripping water into our bathroom. They said it was a loose gasket in the upstairs tub. They wouldn’t be able to change our room until later that day. So we stayed in the room. Again cuz my husband needed that room. Next morning our toilet was having problems flushing. Then we checked out.

I was glad I pick a good hotel.

I was given a room on 1st level as I inform my sister is disable and hard for her to use stairs as she does not like elevators. Nice room, clean and spacious. Breakfast was good.

Walking to our room and leaving our room was really warm. I am talking about the hallway. Other areas were like when registration and breakfast area were fine.

The pool was dirty so we didn't get inn.

Good breakfast (a variety of choices, Waffles, fruit, cereal, bread), Friendly staff, Clean room.

The air conditioning makes some noise so bring ear plugs if you are a sensitive sleeper
