It had a microwave, a fridge a TV, but main thing is sleeping comfort it Didn't have.
One of the pillows smelled so bad, the air conditioning was so loud and very very old that prevented sleeping.
4.0 / 10.0
Only good thing was that it was located close to why we were in Yuma.
The bathroom toilet seat was NOT attached properly an moved around. Their air conditioner was extremely noisy and we didn't get much ,if any sleep at all. We purchased some ear plugs in order to get be able to sleep and be cool and comfortable. There was NO FACIAL TISSUE for blowing ones nose . There was a 4 or 5 areas that allowed sunlight into the room, the drapes, and the font door.. We will NOT STAY THERE AGAIN , should we have to go there again.

The location near downtown was fantastic to go out at night. The woman behind the desk was very nice. Everything in the room worked OK. And the pool was functional! You have no idea how many motels I've stayed at since the pandemic that were closed. Important in the 115+ degree heat!
I absolutely hated the floral scent used to clean the room. It made me sneeze for hours, and I'm not usually super sensitive. This was just over the top. Please just use a cleaner that cleans and doesn't have a perfume!!! This might be a cultural thing because I've noticed similar overwhelming scents in other Indian run motels - but rarely so strong. I actually seriously considered leaving and getting another room somewhere else. It was so hot out you couldn't air out the room. By the morning much of the smell dissipated.

No breakfast. Instant warm, but not hot water. Room and bathroom were good size.
Bed was hard, not just firm, and made too much noise! Did not feel secure, but sirens were going by so often. Did not want to stay for three nights, but could not get our money back. Killed a cockroach. Swimming pool was not open. So much noise from the floor above and maintenance in the morning.

4.0 / 10.0
Bed was comfortable
The room was disgusting. It smelled like old stale cigarettes, it was dirty, baseboards and walls were dirty, paint and texture of room was awful, exhaust fan in bathroom was completely clogged with dust and paint, outlet covers were textured and painted over, holes in shower tile, large gap under entry door we had to block with a towel. The doors had damage and holes that had ugly patch jobs on them. It was evident there was no pride or attention given to any details of the room. It felt like a third world environment.

The rooms were in great shape. It was in good proximity to the freeway. Good value for a cheap price.
It looks rundown on the outside. But the rooms are quite niceand clean. I was delightfully surprised.

We reserved a room, the site stated that there was three rooms available. Even when we pulled up the sign said there was vacancy. But when we called the number for the concierge, she said they were sold out and we would have to request a refund.

Parking spaces need to be done properly, staff needs to be more specific.
