Got cheated pool closed room outdated

Room wasn't very clean had a little TV and water pressure wasn't very good in shower.wasnt very happy that it says when you book the price said taxes and fees included and I go check in and they want a 100 dollar deposit.

Close to city

The whole place reeked of smoke. The non-smoking room air quality was also poor, reeking of whatever scent is used to cover the smoke.

It was awful.

Room was dirty and smelt disgusting. Floor in bathroom had water everywhere. Carpet was wet in main room. Bedding was itchy and uncomfortable. Staff was more concerned with personal phone calls than customer service.

The motel was way out of town by itself only place to get something to eat with a McDonald's they had no transportation to and from the airport had to take a cab couldn't even get a cup of coffee until 6:00 a.m. in the morning I asked for change for a $5 bill in order to use the vending machines and was told they had no change

What did I like? Literally Nothing!!

the hotel was in a very sketchy neighborhood with homeless encampments right next door, i unloaded my car so that it would be a lesser target. the hall and rooms smelled of animal pee, the walls were peeling, my sink dripped. if i had been with my family we would have loaded back up in the car and tried the next one, it was that bad. i stayed the night beacuse it was already late, i skipped the free breakfast and a luke warm shower to get on the road and get to my destination.

Very disappointed

It was available on short notice. Close to where o needed a hotel.

The desk clerk seemed like he didn't know what he was doing or anything about the rewards program. Building was a labyrinth maze and confusing to navigate. Seemingly mold or mildew in room., cracks and rusty in the shower wall and tub. No connection from lobby to room, having to go outside after check-in, to go in a side door to get to room. The sounds of vacuuming at 11:30pm! Beds were hard as bricks, and only two lumpy and uncomfortable pillows. The hotel room was not worth the price we paid! The "refundable" deposit takes a second to come off my card but was told could take a week to refund, we left no damage or trash to room

Horrific, the place is in bad shape and looks like nothing like the online pictures.

The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The place was pretty run down. The pictures on the website and reality were so different, it is almost false advertising.

No info for wifi. Breakfast was awful and missing any real offerings. Milk was open container for everyone to pour.

What breakfast????

the place has gone down hill big time. I stayed there many years this will be the last. The room was ok there was rust on the walls the ceiling peeling carpet has seen better days I had to walk around with my Shoes cause of stuff in the carpet. The room had a smelled like someone was cooking spicy food. Couldn't take a shower didn't have hot water and the shower curtain was falling off the wall.

Exceptional

Everything was spectacular! The staff at the desk and at the breakfast Buffett was pleasant and helpful. The room was spotlessly cleaned and the bed was comfortable. I didn't wake up in pain.

the entrance was nice and the front desk staff were friendly.

Other than the front entrance, the property seemed very run down. My room, especially the bathroom, were not super clean.
