It was clean and nice people.

It is close to both the airport and near the Interstate. Also is in a secluded and quiet area.
It is a bit dated, but I have stayed here previously and don’t mind that it’s not the most modern and up to date motel. It provides for my needs just fine.

Breakfast was 99% carbs
Couldn’t even get the toilet to flush toilet paper let alone waste. Ended up using our cooler to get enough water to get it to flush. So much for “water saving” toilets

The way that the guy behind the desk tried to make everything right and make it work tried really hard and then he finally moved us to a different room which everything was fine in but it was good customer service

Nothing. I stayed in better places when I was stationed in Iraq.
The motel is in a not so good part of Kansas City. The beds were almost as hard as boulders. My son said he saw spiders in the bathroom. The bath tub drained exceptionally slow, so I was standing in a foot of water while taking a shower. What they called free breakfast was a joke. They offered cereal, apples, and small cut in half burritos. They also did not offer any gluten-free options that I was aware of.

The staff was friendly.
It was not very clean as there were cobwebs in the bathroom and the sheets had several stains on them. The beds were not very comfortable either.

Location in North area was great since the Graduation ceremonies we attended were in the North. It was quiet and easily accessible from major highways. Would not have been as good if we had had our objectives in South Kansas City.
Creaky bed
Light on Micro too bright and stuck forever on 10:02 (Never Changed)_
Only one sink per user-not available for two to use at a time.
Room Temperature appeared stuck on one temp-did not affect the room temperature at all.
Pillows uncomfortable and appeared to have used up their lifetime.
Price too high for accomodations as they were
WILL NOT EVER CHOOSE THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!!

Our toilet started running in the middle of the night and ended up spraying water out of the wall at 4:30am!! Rather than offer us a new room, we were offered to use the toilet-ONLY in another room. We ended up leaving for the next leg of our trip at 5:00am.

Very friendly staff very close to the hospital which was convenient room was clean and quiet I would recommend this hotel
Really would have liked a downstairs room but we got in late and none were available so we took an upstairs room

The staff was so nice!

Location, except it was VERY Difficult to get to the parking lot/hotel. The short road into the hotel was not easy to find.
Room was spacious yet disappointing. Room had only light cleaning. Expected better at a Best Western.
Management gave us 2 bottles of water at check-in.
Check-in went smoothly
Online ratings led me to believe the hotel was up to my expectations. So disappointing when it was not!
Finding the hotel was difficult with Google Maps. Routed us behind the hotel into an Appartment.
Mattress was uncomfortable.
Next door shower is Very Loud.
Carpet was dirty.

The front desk staff was very helpful. The towels and blankets were soft.
The walls are paper thin. I could hear the neighbors on both sides of me very clearly. One person was snoring, the other was yelling at his parter all night, both nights. After 2 in the morning, you could hear the bar crowd entering their rooms and hear their loud music playing. The beds were also very hard.

The room was very clean and smelled clean when entering. It was also very quiet. We stayed on a Saturday and the parking lot was pretty full but never heard any other guests. No noise from doors opening and closing and no noise from guests above us.
Our bathroom was pretty small, I didn't like how the door opened into the bathroom since it was already a crowded space.
3.0 / 10.0
it was within 15 minutes of the activities we were in town for
the room had a funky smell, not enough towels, no extra toilet paper, dried booger on the wall and last visitors stay trash still in room.
7.0 / 10.0
The bed was comfortable and the parking lot was well lit.
The room smelled extremely musty and the locks on the door weren't very secure. We had a ground floor outdoor access and there were other people's vehicles parked right outside our door so it made me quite nervous being 2 women traveling together but we didn't have any problems. The clerk that checked us in spoke poor English so it was somewhat difficult to communicate during check-in. For being a Best Western, it was very run down and outdated.

The location was good. Close to everything
NOISE! Partying all night with kids running above us. The person in the room next door was sick and we could hear it in our room!
9.0 / 10.0
missed breakfast
I asked for a wake-up call, but it did not happen.
5.0 / 10.0
Location was good for where we needed to be for the time there
Not the best breakfast selection. Mattresses need to be replaced. We were below a smoking room and came back to our room smelling of smoke and not from cigarettes
