First-Time Stay and it Will not be my Last :) Loved it Immensely

Very clean, furniture up to date. Coffee and tea in the room. Comfortable bed and sheets. Hotel staff were friendly, helpful, and professional.

Great hotel

Great hotel! The room was very clean and modern. The room was very spacious. No complaints about the room.

Location was a bit far for my itinerary in Baltimore, but a great value for the price. Restaurant service at the hotel was a bit slow.

Excelente Hotel cerca del Aeropuerto

Me gustó del alojamiento que está muy cerca del aeropuerto, el hotel es muy grande y la habitación también, todo está muy limpio y las personas que atienden son muy amables

Lo que no me gustó fue que si existe un servicio de shuttle hacia y desde el aeropuerto pero tiene horarios muy limitados y no pudimos sacarle provecho

The hotel provided exactly what we needed for a worry-free trip. Great customer service.

OMG! The Crab omelet will be a non-negotiable for every ensuing trip we make. Also, thank you so much for free and accessible parking.

This is so very small but we did not get slippers with our robes. That is all I can think of!

Comfortable sleep before a flight

Bed was very comfortable Room was spacious, clean and quiet except for a small amount of hallway noice Carpark easy to access and convenient for BWI Staff were friendly and professional

Shower head was waterfall style and not very strong, but it was a good temperature

I was very pleased and impressed. I will be back.

Basically, everything. The gym staying open 24 hours is a bonus! The two restaurants are also a bonus. The location is great.

The shuttle could run a little more regularly. I wish the property was more secure at night. The hotel lobby door near the garage is unlocked late at night.

I was in Maryland for my birthday on Friday & for a friend's mother birthday dinner that was at a restaurant in the Maryland Live Hotel on Saturday. I had looked into reserving a room at that hotel, but it was $100 more a night and didn't look as welcoming.The front desk was nice, pleasant, helpful & accommodating. I emailed, as well as called the hotel to let them know that had to stay longer at work and would be arriving after the 4pm check-in, and would that be a problem. I was told no & that would be fine. I like the Pre Check-In. It made check-in quick & easy once I finally arrived at 10pm. The hotel was clean. My room was clean, as well as a good size. There was a restaurant inside the hotel. The parking at no fee was a plus, especially on the rainy days. I was in the Executive Room on the 7th floor, which came with a few perks, bathrobe, slippers & pantry credit. I enjoyed my stay there and would visit again as well as recommend to family & friends.

It would've been nice if breakfast was offered for those that didn't want to leave the comfort of their room to get completely dressed, get in their car(s), Google eateries near by and to get breakfast

I always enjoy my stays at The Hotel. I appreciate being a short drive to the airport and all the other nearby attractio

The property is ideal: cleanliness and location are the most important factors in determining where I stay when traveling. I also appreciate the courteous manner shown in my interactions with the staff.

I like almost everything about the property. Improvements to consider: The bathroom needs an additional hook or bar for towels used by two occupants.

Impressive hotel for a quick overnight stay.

Very attractive and modern decor. Friendly staff from the shuttle driver to the receptionists who checked us in and the one who checked us out. Nice, upscale restaurant on-site for dinner & drinks. Good location near Arundel Mills Mall, the casino and other restaurant options.

Housekeeping at all hotels never provide enough washcloths which was true here but at least they provide 4 towels instead of the typical 2.

NOT FOR FAMILY WITH KIDS

Clean

Not a family oriented location. Missing important amenities for family which brings to conclusion this location is not for a family with kids. Refrigerator wasn't cold and no microwave in room or in lobby. Microwave has to be rented if you want to save a lil money eating the food you already got. Other than that its clean and more for couples or just adult outing.
