Beautiful location! Lovely comfortable hotel with touches of luxury. We were lulled to sleep by the sound of the falls.
Staff were friendly and helpful - particularly at checkin and Damon, our lovely waiter.
Reservations at the temporary Attic restaurant were running behind schedule. We don’t know whether this was exceptional circumstances.
Lack of reference to Twin Peaks - our main reason for visiting.

Everything about this place was beautiful (other than the cost). The staff was wonderful, the rooms were clean, the sites around the property were beautiful.
The price of the rooms and the food. It feels like it you're paying that much for the room, other things should be included. It doesn't have to be all inclusive, but something other than water and cofee

Service, room, and dining were fantastic! We celebrated our 30th anniversary, and the staff did a great job in making it a special event.
Nothing to report.

The location directly above the waterfall is unbeatable, the equipment is first class, but so is the price. The staff is very pleasant and friendly and the ambiance is exceptional.

Great views
It was old and the throw pillows smelled…and our hair dryer is not working so i had to ask for a new one but it takes a while for them to bring it in our room so ended up having a bad hair day..Then had to order a drink in our room but all calls go to the voice mail and nobody even call us back and suddenly they delivered it in our door. We’re definitely not paying that big amount for a night if thats the service we will get.

They charged two times and ignored my request to refund. What a hassle.
Plus they're spamming with random promotion 3+ emails per day. Seriously? What a cheap company.

staff, early check in, on site spa, walk to the falls, beautiful room with fire and a view, the Club, delicious in room dinner and very quick service
The Attic - it’s a confused space - too brightly lit and the music was terrible and way too loud. it has tv screens attempting to be a sports bar, luckily they weren’t on. should try for a cozy tapas style decor which would suit guests more.
We ended up getting room service instead.
