Always stay at homewood suites. Great accommodations and staff.

That our rooms were not ready when we arrived at 6pm. We had adjoining rooms that were not ready after our 10 hr drive. They did offer us 2 rooms on different floors which we could take which we accepted. They were very accommodating.

Great hotel very close to the convention center perfect for vendors or convention goers.

The business center had UNLIMITED printing and was open 24/7 which was a life saver for me printing flyers for my convention.

Overall very good and I would recommend this place

Breakfast was decent. Not a lot of variety. The air conditioner was great at keeping us cool but was very noisy. We thought furniture was comfy. Staff excellent. Prompt courteous response to our requests. Location excellent. A+ cleanliness Kitchen excellent. Bathroom very good but should have another grab bar for exiting the tub.pool looked clean and inviting

For the price, I thought it might be more sound proof. The amenities (shower soap and hair products ) are dispensed from wall mounted bottles. I prefer small disposable packets . Not very many amenities offered for price. I like logo items to help me remember my stay. Would be more likely to choose hotel again if I am reminded by a labeled soap or other amenities. Helps me remember the place and feel pampered

Great place to stay

not having the evening social gatherings. Now only on Wednesday which is clearly a cost cutting item. Breakfast which was good but clearly slipping in quality.

Excellent location, nice breakfast included.

Location was great. Near all the restaurants and stores and gas stations. Easy off and on the highway. Great breakfast and clean common areas.

The room didn’t feel as clean as the rest of the hotel. The bed was full of long black hairs. Had to pick them all out before I got in the bed. Really turned me off.

High score for the front desk and buffet service.

Staff was very professional and helpful. The facility was very clean, very pleased.

Maid service was poor, we had to ask for clean towels, because we had maid service for two days. Our stay was 4 days.

I'd recommend the hotel, although be aware that the rooms are not really as pictured.

The general location of the hotel is good, close to restaurants and stores. The kitchenette was a good size, had everything we needed. Staff was great!

We thought the room would be larger with a separate bedroom area, but the living area, TV, desk, bed were all in the same big room. It worked out for us, but we thought from the pictures we saw that the suite would be bigger with separate sleeping and living areas. Appreciated the free breakfast. Breakfast was okay, not great.

My only complaint is the bed it was a bit on the stiff side I rather have a softer bed myself the size of the bed was perfect though I would recommend this location to friends traveling to the Fredericksburg area and I would stay again next time I visit the Fredericksburg Virginia area.

because of pending storm we decide to leave a day early but because we booked thru booking.com (a third party) we were charged for the night. Next time I will probably book directly with the hotel.

Very nice hotel with spacious hotel rooms. Very clean with friendly staff,

I was in town for a dance competition at the Fredericksburg Expo Center. I was happy that the hotel was located within walking distance of the facility. Also, it was conveniently located to grocery store, gas station, and restaurants.

I truly liked everything about the hotel. If there was one thing that could have been better, would have been the location of elevators. The facility is fairly large with long hallways. The elevator seemed to be oddly placed. However, that is a minor complaint.
